Sociologic Research of Population Doing Winter Sports in Mont Blanc Valley

Title of the thesis in English: sociological research of population doing winter sports in Mont Blanc Valley. Objectives: The aim of the research was to analyze sports tourism in the valley of Chamonix-Mont- Blanc. Labour is trying to classify track of people who visit in winter French valley for sport. Furthermore, to determine which sports are run and Visitors how they are related. Methodology: The work is quantitative research, which analyzes sports tourism in the valley of Chamonix. The field survey was used polls. investigations took place in the winter months (December 2006-April 2007) in various ski centers French Valley. Results were statistically processed in Excel and SPSS. Results: The results showed that in the valley of Chamonix in sports people from around the world. Winter sports are more devoted to people young and middle aged men Free and families with fewer children. Most winter sport is operated skiing. Of Equals is also evident that a significant percentage of visitors pays well ski mountaineering, snowboarding and rock climbing. A comparison of the scope of climbing courses in the Army of the Czech and Slovak Republic

Title ofthe th~is A comparison of the scope of climbing courses in the Army of the Czech and Slovak Republic. Target of the thesis A target of this paper is to find out and compare on the basis of gathered data whether there are any scope differences between the military climbing courses ofthe Army ofthe Czech and Slovak Republic. Method This thesis has been elaborated in the form of a pilot study. The study was conducted in coordination with senior instructors of military climbing both in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Relevant data were firstly collected, then analyzed and fmally compared. Findings Having compared the data of the scopes of courses, this paper shows that they differ from each other in their structures, which is largely caused by different conditions created for the instruction of climbing. Individua! dissimilarities regarding the compared scopes of courses are described in the thesis in detail. Název práce: Motivace dětí k lezení na wnělých stěnách ve vybraných městech České republiky Title: Children's motivation to artificial wall climbing simpled from cities of the Czech republic Cíle práce: Cílem práce bylo ve vybraných městech zjistit, jaké děti jsou návštěvníky lezeckých kroužků a jaké okolnosti mají vliv na výběr volnočasové aktivity lezení na wnělé stěně. Metoda: Práce je sestavena jako orientační výzkwn s technikou dotazru'kového šetření. Nestandartizovaný dotazník byl sestaven tak, aby odpovídal třem částem (osobní údaje, údaje o rodičích, osobní vztah k lezení). Dotazník obsahoval 14 otázek. Šetření bylo provedeno ve třech zvolených městech (Praha, Liberec a Trutnov). Výzkwn byl proveden na souboru dětí ve věku 1O- 17 let aktivních účastníků lezeckých kroužků ve vybraných městech. Data byla statisticky zpracována tabulkovým procesorem Excel. Výsledky: Výsledky ukazují nejdůležitější faktory motivace mládeže k lezení na wnělé lezecké stěně. Use of Outdoor Activities in Teaching General Educational Subjects at Elementary Scholls (aplicated for English language)

Title: Use of outdoor activities in teaching general educational subjects at elementary schools, specialized for English. Goal: The goal is to create a textbook of games and activities available for teaching English at elementary schools. Part of the purpose is also the inclusion ofthe games in English lessons at schools, observation of propriety and process of the activities, and the children's reactions to the games in the natural environment. Methods: Research was divided into two parts. The first part was to collect facts from literature and select suitable games and activities in nature. We tested and played those games in the second part of the research. We examined the usability and propriety ofthe games and the children's reactions to them. The main method we used for data collecting was a questionnaire for teachers. The cooperating teachers had incorporated the games into their English lessons for two months. Then they summarized their opinions and thoughts in the prepared questionnaire, the results ofwhich are evaluated and presented. As a part of the data collecting we also used an informational probe for children. Motivation to do Snowboarding

To pi c : Motivation to Do Snowboarding Aim: The aim of this paper is to achieve a deeper understanding of snowboarders' motivation, to introspect riders, and to find out why they are attracted to this sport so much; what it means for them and why it becomes their lifestyle. It has been surveyed what kind of people do snowboarding, why they travel to the mountains, and why they spend a lot of effort, pain, time and money to enjoy their ride. Me tho ds : For this research the method of questionnaire was chosen. The results were statistically elaborated by Microsoft Excel programme. Re s ul t s : The survey results have shown that the majority of snowboarders do this sport with regard to the time spent in the countryside, the chance to free themselves and escape everyday life. A strong incentive is the excitement of adrenaline raising during the ride. The relationships among people have also been confirmed significant. Snowboarding is a certain way to meet friends and make new social contacts. On the contrary, the minimum number of respondents consider snowboarding a means of self-fulfilment. Most of the respondents do not do snowboarding to reach success and other people's recognition but to enjoy joyful moments. They are keen on snowboarding itself, with everything it brings and offers. Confrontation of sport and military climbing in term of energetic consumption

Confrontation of sport and military climbing in term of energetic consumption Objective: Determining the response of the organism of an individual in overcoming various climbing routes profiles and in the sports clothing and military cutting device pattern 95th Method: This was a quantitative research using participant observation probands while climbing paths listed in the sports apparel in climbing shoes and Military attire including field boots. It was a casuistic research 5 climbers who satisfy the conditions of military exercises climbing. As the main parameter for comparison method was used to measure pulse rate as an indirect Energy indicators cover the exercise. Results: Measurements took place at a military climbing trainer James Bechyně, where five designated persons recovering path difficulty IV + to two different profiles and perpendicular and overhanging. Both types of trips overcome probands in both sports tract such as in the military indefinitely. The maximum and average values SF climbing different profiles and different gear shall not differ significantly from each other and for all types of roads, the average heart rate ranged 136 to 161 beats / min, which corresponds to 68% to 79% SFmax.
