Therapeutical dog in a regular nursery

The thesis ' Therapeutical dog in a regular nursery' adverts to the extraordinary relationship, verified by professionals, between pre-school children and dogs. This fact together with carried out research forms the basis of the author's proposal to use canistherapy to aid children's easier adaptation in nursery, accommodate their emotional needs and create a more pleasant atmosphere in the classroom. Activities with a therapeutical dog can bring happiness and alternative educational practices for anxious children, children suffering from behaviour disorders, children from disadvantaged families as well as children with communication problems.
Mentally disabled people life duality improving

The subject matter of my dissertation is dealing with the probleme of life quality of mentally disabled people. Theoretical part of my dissertation defines basic concepts relating to mentally disabled people and deals with the topic of life quality. Following sentences are dedicated to providing social services legislation. The last chapter describes short history and present days of Nursing home for disabled people in Tloskov/DÚSP/. The practical part is devoted to treating my own observations, evaluations and commentaries.
Methodology of visua handicap reeducation in a kindergarten special class for visually handicapped children

The dissertation is focused on the methodology of vision reeducation with amblyopic and squint-eyed children in the form of playful activities without using special instruments. The theoretical part deals with sorting and classification of vision defects and listing the most frequent vision defects in the pre-school period. Possible approaches to the visually handicapped individuals and attitudes to the handicapped before and after 1990 are described here, as well as the fundamental terms used in the education and training of the visually handicapped are defined. The method of reeducation, especially the pedagogical education and training method, overlaps into the practical part of the dissertation. In that part, there is a detailed analysis of the methodology of games and playful activities suitable for vision reeducation in a kindergarten special class for visually handicapped children, where there is the major part of amblyopic and squint-eyed children. The given reeducation activities with the specified methodical procedures for pleoptic and orthoptic therapy utilize standard aids, as well as waste materials, but also the latest information technologies. Psychological Handicap or the Difficulty of the Social Integration of the Highly Visually-impaired

The purpose of this thesis was to describe an area of the social integration of visual impaired and blind people in the intact society. It investigates some of areas of life of people with visual disability, acceptance of them in intact society and creation of the positions to people with visual handicap. The first part brings the characterization of the personality of people with visual handicap, their adult age, parenhood and and problems of their employment. The second part deals with anatomy, physiology and patophysiology of visual apparatus. The third part desribes specific problems of the integration of people with visual handicap in the society. The fourth practic part brings actual findings of social study about acceptance of people with visual impairment by intact society.
Issue of Pregnant Women and Mothers using Habit-Forming Substances and Instructional and Medical Help for this Group

This work deals with the subject of drug addicted pregnant women and mothers. It analyses in detail the influence of drug abuse during the pregnancy on the mother and featus and on parenting and the development differences of children born to drug addicted parents. Another area of interest is the differentiation of treatment of pregnant or parent women and other clients. The description of individual programs offered in Prague and neighbourghood by non-profit organizations DROP IN o.p.s. and Sananim o.s for mothers with children follows. The empirical part of this work is devoted to identification of the social and family background of addicted mothers. The Pregnancy of a Visually-Impaired Woman

The destination of my thesis is to present the information about the abilities visual handicapped women to become mothers. Even they are handicapped they can solve individually normal and complicated life situations. This work is focused on the questions of the pregnancy, the labour and passing parentage. The methods that 1 will use in my thesis will be: x Common tract on the pregnancy, the preparing to birth the baby, the labour. Also about the yearn for the independent way of life of people with the visual handicap, x The case reports, the interviews with the visual handicapped mothers and analyse theirs speeches, x The study references, Internet, consultations with the specialists and the institutions for the visual handicapped people. My work will aim for current situations of the visual handicapped mothers in Czech republic and if our society and the institutions are prepared for them.

Die Hauptmethoden sind Besichtigungen, Besprechungen und praktische Tátigkeit als Lehrerassistentin in einigen pádagogischen Einrichtungen in dieser Stadt Die Ausgabe von dieser Diplomarbeit soli eine Beschreibung von der guten Praxis in einem Land werden, das schon lángere Erfahrungen mit dem Leben in der multikulturellen Gesellschaft und mir der Schulintegration der Kinder mit anderen Muttersprache als die Sprache von Majoritat hat Diese vorlegende Beschreibung konnte eine Inspiration der Tschechischen Republik werden, dem Land, an das diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe erst wartet.
Education in Hearing for Hearing-Impaired Children in Cyprus

The subject of my diplomatic project is the reeducation of children with acoustic loss in Cyprus. I chose this subject because I believe that by exercising the acoustic sense with sound, is very important for the ability of speech and that is very helpful to communicate with other persons. In the theoretical part of my diplomatic project I will present and develop the school systém of Cyprus and mainly the speciál education based on the Law for the Training and Education of Children with Speciál Needs 113(I)/1999. Additionally, theoretical part refers to the hearing and its problems. Also in finál chapter of this part I refer to reeducation and meaning of the acoustic sense and how the schools of Cyprus take action in the education of the children with hearing looses. For the practical part of my diplomatic project I have prepared a questionnaire which I distributed to a number of parents of deaf children in Cyprus. Das erste Kapitel widmet sich der Charakteristik des Namens der multikulturellen Erziehung, den Faktoren, die zu dieser Problematik sich beziehen, und des Verhältnisses der multikulturellen Erziehung zu den anderen Wissenschaften.
Integration of a Child with Phenylketon

Fenylketonurie je pro většinu lidí neznámým pojmem. Z výsledků průzkumu u rodičů dětí majících PKU vyplývá, že pouze jeden z dvaceti rodičů znal tento pojem před diagnózou dítěte. Po sdělení diagnózy v sobě rodiče objevují síly, které dosud nebyly využity. Je nutné na sebe vzít břemeno nových požadavků, nový režim rodiny, zvýšené finanční nároky, časové požadavky. Důležité je, aby si rodiče jednotlivě i společně utřídili a ujasnili vše, na co spoléhají, kdo nebo co jim může pomoci.
