Vejnarová, P.: Physical action of a painter [Diploma thesis] Prague 2013 - Charles University, Faculty of Education, Department of Art Education, (Notes: DVD - The record of the realization of practical part of the thesis). Abstract The theme of the diploma thesis "Physical action of a painter" is the analysis of gesture, body, movement, sense perception, dance in relation to visual art. In the theoretical part there is dealt with the artists of action art for whom the gesture, dance and movement during the art creation is principal and dominant. The didactic part is made up of an art project where the particular art series ("Gesture", "Movement", "Body", "Sense perception") and art topics are related and mingled together. In the art project there are the mentioned terms transformed on a didactic way and most of the art topics are verified in the pedagogic practise. The theme is complemented with the own creation of action painting - visual art in conjunction with dance and music. In this thesis there are used professional publications about the given topic.

Title: Gesture and physical gesture Summary: "Everything is connected with everything" on the basis of this sentence in the thesis of human gestures seeking connection with the outside world. Master's thesis in the first part highlights the importance of sensory perception, as one of the major sensitive sensor that uses our surroundings, by extension, our world is to communicate with us. In addition, point out the intellectual transformation of sensory perceptions, as the second phase of human perception. I thought the transformation of the image formation of a subjective reality seen and then selecting the appropriate medium to share with other people. The work and the choice of media is used for our gesture, whether it is a gesture in the position, time, space or matter. Teaching with artwork based on this concept. Object in landscape

Master thesis Object in the landscape is concerned with the landscape, people's environment, architecture and art. It deals with bases of contemporary urbanized landscape, relationship between man and nature, effect of architecture and art in the wider contexts. It also explores transformation of the entities of the landscape at the time of digital technology. In theoretical, practical and educational level, I deal with relationships among architecture, art, landscape and man in a wider context. In the theoretical part, I examined the spatial relationships in landscape and their transformations. I reflected local environment in practical work and I focused on transferring the issue to stimulating teaching jobs in educational work. In my opinion, the most valuable part is art work, where I managed to meet my expectations and goals.

Lešková, K.: Painting as a physical, gestical action - Gesture and physical space experience of reality in the landscape. [MA thesis] Prague 2012 - Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Education, Departement of Art Education, 84 pages. This work seeks to bring selected moments in the history of painting, which combines the gestural element and the physical and gestural actions. This award is largely bordered by landscape theme. Part is a philosophical reflection about the nature of painting as a physical object. Based on new findings related to the reflection of own artistic creation, author created a set of artworks with an emphasis on gestural expression. Linking acquired knowledge and creative experience led to the creation of didactic art range of tasks suitable for teaching elementary school pupils from which consist effort to achieve creative thinking and developing the gesture and action at work. Great emphasis is placed on the motivational process. Part of the task is verified by experience in elementary school. The whole work is regularly supplemented by the visual documentation.

The first part is devoted to definitions that make up the basic problems of my work. The second part presents the processes by which we gain knowledge and experience, a sensory perception and cognition of reality. The third part is devoted to thinking like an ever-permuting dynamic structure that integrates pre- vious and newly acquired knowledge upon which creates images (ideas) and concepts. Thought to share the images should be a medium. The choice of this medium is a gestu- re, which in this sense is given to the fourth part of the work. Play and playfulness in fine art

The thesis deals with the phenomenon of play and games as a basic principle of human culture. Play has been present in all the fields of human culture and has been a crucial element for creating its dynamism ever since. The theoretical part stems from the works which are concerned with the theories of play. The most significant are Homo Ludens by Johan Huizinga, Oase des Glücks (The Oasis of Happiness), Spiel als Weltsymbol (Play as a Symbol of World) by Eugen Fink and Les jeux et les hommes (Man, Play and Games) by Roger Calloise who brings new viewpoint to this topic. The key element of this work is the manifestation of the topic in the fine arts. The thesis specifies its focus on the Czech fine Arts scene of the 20th and 21st century. The didactic part is focused on the possibility of the use of play and games in the lessons of Arts. It poses open-ended questions how to use play and games not only as a means of motivation but also as a tool of creation.

ABSTRACT This thesis is focused on fenomen of idustrial landscaped. The thesis deals with the phenomenon of industrial landscapes, specifically the smelter Poldi. It focuses on the relationship of the landscape, industrial heritage and human. It describes the Kladno landscape of Kladno from the point of view - artistic, historical and geological. The practical part is trying to capture the problem of time and space in the form of videos and objects installed in the former smelter Poldi. Landscape - visual worth of landscape and its affect on societly

Rokosová, M.: Landscape - visual worth of landscape and its affect on societly [BachelorThesis] Charles university, Faculty of Education, Department of Art, 48 p. (Ilustrated appendix) This bachelor thesis describes the relationship of people and landscape, thein mutual influence in the context of history. It focuses on what instigates changes in this relationship and on artistic depiction of landscape coming out of it. During chronological mapping of human history and the landscape is the work of several seemingly disparate findings, but then here they reveal their logical context. The analysis takes mainly from an environmental perspective. Also it reminds of the current civilization problem which is moving away from nature and presents a solution in building a relationship between children and nature through visual arts. In this thesis a specific realization of classes on this topic is described, properly prepared for instruction in regular classrooms of urban schools. Furthermore a relationship and approach to landscape is reflected in author's creations using several techniques in the artistic part the choice is justified by the text.
