The Importance of a Coaching for a Leadership

This bachelor thesis introduces the subject of a coaching for a leadership. To provide a greater understanding of the issue, the first section describes adherent terms such as management, leadership and motivation. The theoretical part focuses on issue such as the history of coaching, principles and methods that are used in practice. The practical part contains an exploration with an internal coach from financial firm, exploratory research and pen and paper interviews with managers from monitored organizations. The follow up questions were subsequently defined based on this exploration and used for pen and paper interviews that were conceived to lead to a survey of the importance of coaching for a leadership in these monitored organizations. The conclusion summarizes the discovered data and proposes an improvement of the current situation.
The Importance of a Delegation for an Effective Management

This thesis deals with the importance of delegation in organization of work for a manager in a selected small family company. The goal is to evaluate results of own research and to identify potential weaknesses. According to the research there are subsequently recommended possible improvements in the delegation of executive officers in the particular organization. After considering the goals of this work, there was chosen a suitable method of collecting data, which is a research through semi-structured individual interviews with both managers and common workers. The results of the interviews are divided in the second part of the thesis into several thematic sections.In each thematic category is a summary of opinions of the surveyed participants on the importance of delegation, analysis, method and procedure of delegation in the organization, role of a manager in the organization, impact on staff motivation and ultimately the themes reflect an opinion on the current style of development and training of workers. In the conclusion of the thesis are formulated own conclusions and possible shortcomings are identified on the basis of which are proposed specific short and long term recommendations for change or improvement of delegation work of executives in the chosen organization.
The Importance of Motivation for a Leadership

The aim of the bachelor's thesis "The importance of motivation for a leadership" is to acknowledge to which extent the motivation is important for an effective management in chosen organizations from the manager's standpoint. The bachelor's thesis was divided into two main parts according to its aims: Theoretical and practical. Theoretical part discusses the introduction to management, manager's responsibilities, motivation, stimulation and motivational theories. The thesis includes speeches of senior executives of three different organizations. They were asked eleven similar questions about their management style in the organizations. The received answers were summarized and evaluated in the conclusion. Additionally they were compared to the research acknowledgements of the theoretical part.

Thesis "The importance of delegation for the effective management" is focused on using of the delegation during the management. It consists of theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part basic concepts are defined from the area of management. There are defined concepts such as manager, functions of management, organization structure and there is also defined concept of delegating and the terms associated with it. The theoretical part is based on specialised literature and is written as literary review . The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the company selected for survey of this thesis. Own survey is carried out through structured interviews with managers, they should determine the importance of delegation for an effective management in the chosen company.
Motivation factors in tools relation to managing people

The bachelor thesis is focused on an employee motivation in an organization and its using in an efficient leadership. The bachelor thesis is based on a studying literature which is related to the subject matter and on the structured interviews with the managers of the chosen organizations. The theoretical part determines the basic concepts as a management, a role and tasks of a manager in an organization and a types of employee management. An emphasis was given on the concepts which deals with a general motivation as a motives of people, motivation resources and its obstacles. In the end of the theoretical part are defined the motivational theories by important psychologists. The empirical part is focused on the structured interview with the managers of the chosen organizations. The questions are focused on the way of motivating employees and the practical use of motivation factors.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the use of motivation for the efficient way in a leadership. Basic concepts of management, manager and its roles and functions are generally described in the theoretical part. There is also described topics of motivation and benefits. In the practical part on basic open questions of direct interview are answers obtained from individual managers and employees in particular company. The questions are aimed on motivation and satisfaction of employee with motivation programs and on relationships at work. Results of survey are summarized and show level of motivation and satisfaction of employee in this company.
Personal Activities of Manager

Bachelor work deals with the individuals personal activities that perform managers in the various companies. The main goal is based on identify and evaluate the activities of the personal manager in terms of one of the several branches of the coffee chain Costa Coffee and the deficiencies found propose appropriate measures. In the first, the theoretical part, is outlined the problems by using professional literature and the characteristics of individual actions of every manager in terms of its relationship with employees. In the following, the practical part, is first characterized a society in which is the whole issue solved. By using analysis of the internal company documents, a questionnaire and by direct observation is analyzed the relationship of the manager towards its employees. In the conclusion of my work are evaluated the results of the questionnaire survey and suggested appropriate measures to improve the current situation.

This Bachleor´s thesis is about motivation as a leadership. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part in the form of literary research clarifies the issue and explains all the information necessary for an understanding of the topic. It includes information about the leadership, managers, different management styles and also about motivational theories. The second part, practical part, uses theoretical knowledge in practice. It describes three selected companies and also replies from managers who were invited to answer 13 questions on the subject of motivation as a leadership. Their answers, as they are different managers from different companies, are compared and appropriately commented. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and comparing them with information based on the experience of managers in practice, the conclusion is deduced.
The Importance of Manager ´s Communication

This work deals with the issue of the importance of communication for the work of the manager. The work is divided into four parts. The first part consists of introduction, objectives of the work and methodology. The second part is focused on the theory, where are explained the various concepts that relate to the field of management, functions of manager and communication. Each of these is further explained. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of studied literature. The practical part analyzes the data collected using the questionnaire survey. In this part of the work analyzes not only obtained by questionnaire from the managers of the selected companies, but at the same time, even the questionnaire, which was designed for the associates of these managers. Outputs, which were obtained from the questionnaire survey, have been processed into graphs and tables using statistical methods. In the last part of the work are set out conclusions and eveluation.

Summary This bachelor thesis is focused on Motivation as leadership. It depends on methods of motivation that are applied by managers in leading their employees. It is about how correctly and effectively they are using their motivation for leading their employees. The thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes the most basic terms which are important for understanding this theme. Theoretical part is processed and derived by literature mentioned below. At the introduction are discussed concepts such as management, the manager and his competence or roles. For better understanding which role motivation captures for managing people, all concepts are explained, such as leadership styles, motivation, incentive and communication, which are important for leadership. The practical part is based on structured interviews with managers, it is down their answers which were compared. Structured interviews are based on the twelve important issues which five managers from three different companies are asked about. Finally, the evaluation of their responses, resultant comparison and final answer about how they put emphasis on executives for motivation.
