Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o termínu motivace a jejím využití při vedení lidí. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část v podobě literární rešerše objasňuje danou problematiku a vysvětluje veškeré potřebné informace pro pochopení daného tématu. Zahrnuje informace o motivaci, o vedení lidí, manažerech, stylech řízení a také o motivačních teoriích. Druhá část, praktická, využívá teoretické poznatky v praxi. Popisuje vybrané podniky a také odpovědi manažerů, kteří byli přizváni, aby zodpověděli 13 otázek na téma motivace jako způsob vedení lidí. Jejich odpovědi, jelikož jsou od různých manažerů z různých podniků, jsou porovnány a příslušně okomentovány. Na základě teoretických poznatků a jejich porovnání s informacemi vycházejících ze zkušenosti manažerů v praxi, je vyvozen závěr této bakalářské práce. This Bachleor´s thesis is about motivation as a leadership. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part in the form of literary research clarifies the issue and explains all the information necessary for an understanding of the topic. It includes information about the leadership, managers, different management styles and also about motivational theories. The second part, practical part, uses theoretical knowledge in practice. It describes three selected companies and also replies from managers who were invited to answer 13 questions on the subject of motivation as a leadership. Their answers, as they are different managers from different companies, are compared and appropriately commented. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and comparing them with information based on the experience of managers in practice, the conclusion is deduced.
