Analysis of urine after dynamic load with mean attention on tubular markers
Hrstková, Vladěna ; Procházka, Michal (advisor) ; Bitnar, Petr (referee)
The main focus of our research was to compare changes in ion excretion in urine, osmolality, indicators of exercise-induced proteinuria and tubular markers before and after dynamic exercise on a bicycle ergometer. The test sample consisted of 7 healthy, physically active women aged 27.4 years ( σ = 3.82 ). For dynamic exercise we uniformly set parameters 65 % VO2max and duration of load in 50 minutes. We compared the laboratory results of urine samples taken just before the exercise with urinary samples that we have collected immediately after exercise. The results of our measurements showed a significant changes in exercise-induced urinary sodium ions, creatinine and phosphorus. Statistically insignificant changes excretion was found between markers: chlorine, urine, osmolality, and N-acetyl-beta- d-glucosaminidase. These markers, however, show a trend the significance. Statistically insignificant changes after exercise have shown excretion of urinary markers: potassium, gelatinase-associated lipocalin, neutrophil microalbuminuria and alpha-1-microglobulin. Tubular markers of kidney damage after exercise is not at the reference values, that would indicate the tubular kidney damage.
Correct cycling position setup and possibilities of use of physiotherapy at cyclists
Nejmanová, Martina ; Procházka, Michal (advisor) ; Koudelková, Alena (referee)
The work is focused on the right setting of the bicycle wheel. It describes the technique of riding and species of pedalling. We can distinguish these species while cyclists are riding. The next part of the work is devoted to the compensatory exercises, such as strength and stretching exercises. These compensation exercises should be used to avoid overloading of the movement system and also contribute to improve the performance of cyclists. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Policy-related capacities of Czech political parties: the case of shadow ministers in the field of education
Procházka, Michal ; Novotný, Vilém (advisor) ; Veselý, Arnošt (referee)
Policy-related capacities of Czech political parties: the case of shadow ministers in the field of education Author: Michal Procházka Abstract Education is one of the most significant of public policies because it has a crucial impact on the future of the society. Thus, the Ministry of Education represents one of the key departments and political parties are expected to provide highly qualified experts to manage this position. This thesis is focused on the topic of experts of the parties in the Czech republic with special highlight on the shadow ministers, alternatively on relevant spokespersons. The shadow governments provide one possible source of the responsible experts for the political parties since they can prepare their members for the function of a minister through training of their practical skills. However, this thesis focuses mainly on the shadow ministers of the following parties in the Czech republic: ČSSD, KDU-ČSL, KSČM, ODS and TOP 09. Considering that this agenda of those parties has not been studied thoroughly, this thesis is therefore an exploratory study. The political parties also feature expert knowledge with specialized committees for those areas and most of the chairmen of such committees are the leaders in education agenda of those parties. This case study proves the shadow ministers...
