Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nastavení cyklistického kola. V práci je popsána technika jízdy na cyklistickém kole a druhy šlapání, které u cyklistů během jízdy rozeznáváme. Další část bakalářské práce je věnována kompenzačním cvičením, jimiž jsou posilovací a protahovací cvičení. Tato kompenzační cvičení by měla sloužit jako prevence přetěžování hybného systému a také přispívat ke zlepšení výkonu cyklisty. We can distinguish these species while cyclists are riding. The next part of the work is devoted to the compensatory exercises, such as strength and stretching exercises.
