Content of this diploma thesis is business plan for fish restaurant foundation. This restaurant is focused on freshwater fish and it is located in České Budějovice. Document is divided into theoretical part which is followed by practical part. In theoretical part are described basic therms from field of business. Requisites, used methods and processes of doing business plan are described and then used in practical part. Practical part of this diploma thesis is focused on business plan itself. It also contains summary of business goals for the purpose of evaluation. If they are realistic and achievable for accomplishment.

The thesis is a comprehensive summary of the information relating to the formal requirements of the business plan. Individual components of the business plan are first described theoretically, followed by application to a real restaurant company that wants to enrich its portfolio of own production of draft beer. The aim of this work is to build a business plan with the most plausible view of cost and revenue items that affect the running of the microbrewery. The part of the thesis is the analysis of competitors, creating a marketing plan and financial plan, which will show in detail the progress of Cash Flow and the amount of profit or loss in the first years of business. Based on the analyzes, the work is ended by completed overall assessment of meaningful investment in brewing technology.

Diploma thesis deals with the strategic company analysis. First part is about charac-terisation of strategy and methods of internal and external strategic analysis. These methods are PEST analysis, 4C analysis, sector analysis, Porter's five forces model, analysis of business resources and financial analysis. Second part of the work is practical aplication of these methods on the specific business entity.

Cílem této práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán na zahájení provozu nové kavárny. Vlastnímu plánovému dokumentu předchází teoretické vymezení pojmů podnikatel a podnikání, definování možných bariér vstupu do podnikání v České republice i v zahraničí, právních forem podnikání a určení specifik podnikatelské činnosti v pohostinství. Součástí práce je návrh možné podoby plánu, jehož pilíře tvoří analýza externího prostředí (pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil aj.), marketingový plán a finanční plán. Samotný dokument "Podnikatelský plán: provozování podniku Kavárna XY, s.r.o." je pak vypracován na základě výše zmíněné teoretické předlohy.

Tato diplomová práce se soustředí na podnikatelský projekt a klade si za cíl zjistit, zda je popisovaný záměr dlouhodobě konkurenceschopný a ziskový. K dosažení zadaného cíle budu postupně používat vhodné analýzy, které budu následně vyhodnocovat a prezentovat. Tyto a samozřejmě i jiné nástroje využívané v práci budou sloužit k získávání kvalitních dat a jejich následné třídění bude přispívat k zjištění cíle uvedeného na začátku. Sekundárním cílem je vytvořit strategii společnosti na základě získání dat o konkurenci, trhu, zákaznících a dalších. Použité metody budou mít teoretické ukotvení v příslušných kapitolách práce. Prezentaci výsledků společně s hodnocením a mými názory najdete v závěru práce.

The Expansion of Multinational Company to the Foreign Markets

The aim of this work is practical recommendations for effective integration of multinational companies to the Russian market, coming out of the theoretical basis studies. To meet the goals of this work the methods of data clustering, classification and identification of priority processes and events, method of comparable analysis and implementation of abroad expansion experience of the companies were used. As the main method of the country specifics analysis was chosen PESTLE-analysis. Conclusions and recommendations can be used to select the appropriate entrance form of the multinational company to the foreign market or expanding its international activities and gaining a foothold on the Russian market.

The aim of this thesis is write out marketing and financial materials, which can be used in on-going project of construction of a home for German speaking elderly close to Jindřichův Hradec. This aim will be achieved by research of quality literary sources, by external analysis, competition analysis and processing of legislative restriction. The thesis will be focused on marketing analysis and compilation of founding budget. Using a marketing analysis will be suggested a few marketing tools to reach German speaking clients. Compilation of founding budget can help to find out a bulk of needed financial funds to beginning business. In the end of thesis will be assessment of business plan.

This solution should be offered to the owner or management of the organization. Processing includes theoretical and methodological part where, from the theoretical point of view it is described as the strategic analysis of the company and method of procedure. In practical this part is applied by theory and methodology of chosen organization, resulting from the specific strategies and findings.
