Media reflection of sportsmen-emigrants between 1948 and 1989 (selected cases)

It is estimated that more than half million people left in the exile during the communist period in the former Czechoslovakia. This work concentrates on sportsmen who emigrated at that lime and above all on development of the their reflection in media betwee n years 1948 and 1989. The work contains three parts. In the first one the author introduces the principle of communist propaganda and a way how the propaganda profited from emigration of the sportsmen for its own purposes The second part concentrates on the development of Czechoslovak press from 1948 till 1980s. The core of the work lies in the third part where the author creates. on the basis of the reserarch done on the press sample of the then popular all-state journals Rude pravo and Mlade fronta, an image of selected sportsmen - emigrants as it evolved throughout duration of the communist regime. Each case is introduced by a brief biography, in which the author puts the sportsmen career in the historic context. It is followed by a detailed description of media reflection in a specific period. In the conclusion the author compares individual cases and explains the development that the media reflection went through. Nursing care of the patien with intracranial haemorrhage using the concept of basal stimulation

Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s kraniocerebrálním poraněním s využitím konceptu bazální stimulace. Téma jsem si vybrala na základě praktických zkušeností, neboť pracuji jako edukační sestra pro koncept bazální stimulace v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici. Podstata konceptu mě oslovuje svým individuálním přístupem k nemocnému a otevřeností. V dnešním ošetřovatelství, kdy jsme často nuceni pracovat s přístroji, se tak otevírá cesta k nemocnému, k respektu k němu samému. Koncept bazální stimulace mění přístup ošetřovatelského personálu k nemocnému, aktivně reaguje na potřeby nemocného s ohledem na jeho zdravotní stav a schopnosti. Bakalářská práce popisuje případovou studii nemocného, u kterého byla prováděna bazálně stimulující péče po dobu 21 dní. Hospitalizace je rozdělena do tří období. Nedílnou součástí péče byla integrace blízké osoby do ošetřovatelské péče. Klinická část je věnována podrobnějšímu popisu anatomie a fyziologie nervové soustavy, neboť s prvky vývojové psychologie, poznatky z fyzioterapie a psychologie tvoří teoretickou základnu pro koncept bazální stimulace. Nursing Care of the Patient with polytrauma

Pro zpracování mé bakalářské práce, jsem si vybrala pacienta, který byl hospitalizován na oddělení intenzivní péče v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici, kde jsem pracovala. Následkem poranění páteře, došlo u pana P. k poškození funkce dolních končetin. Handicap, jako je paraplegie velmi tvrdě zasáhne do všech oblastí lidského života. V popředí celého procesu adaptace na novou životní situaci je zejména psychika nemocného. V nemocniční, rehabilitační i následné domácí péči by proto měl být kladen důraz na maximální duševní podporu pacienta a jeho aktivní spolupráci s ošetřujícím týmem. Zapojení klientovy rodiny do komplexní léčebné i rehabilitační péče je vždy neocenitelnou výhodou.

Tax issues of ownership and transfer of real property with special regard to ownership of flats

The aim of this Master's degree thesis on the subject of "Tax issues of ownership and transfer of real property with special regard to ownership of flats" is to describe compactly the taxation related to the ownership and transfer of real property. Concentrating on the ownership and transfer of flats is in the environment of the Czech Republic well justified considering the large number of blocks of flats and the general drift of their development. The taxation related to property affects a multitude of people and this was the reason I chose this subject matter. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part defines the basic terms, such as real estate property, land, building and flat. This introductory part also contains a description of the main principles of ownership and the means of acquiring the proprietary right. The main emphasis is placed on the acquirement of proprietary right to the real estate property which has its specialties. The final chapter of this part characterizes the ownership of flats and the main rules of this property variation. The second part of my thesis deals with the analysis of the current taxation system in the Czech Republic.
