Secondly, the shadow education driving forces were discussed, the competition makes parents purchase shadow education. Thirdly, the Chinese shadow education policies were reviewed, there were four stages, supportive policy; regulating policy; Laisses- Faire policy; prohibitive policy. And then explored the Double Reduction policy and how it is regulated, implemented. In this chapter found that there are some flaws in the policy and it has not been fully implemented. BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Author: Veronika Knapová Supervizor: Mgr. Klára Novotná, Ph.D. Title: Physiotherapy in people with multiple sclerosis with higher neurological disability Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) with severe disabilitiy focusing on postural and respiratory functions. The theoretical part gives a comprehensive overview of the problematics of this disease. Great emphasis is placed on the possibilities of rehabilitaion care in MS, especially in patients with severe neurological deficit and the importance of the interdisciplinary team. Furthermore, there is a chapter devoted to respiratory physiotherapy and basic terms in the postural system, on which procedures used in a practical part are focused. In the practical part I focus on the description of case reports of 4 patients with MS with severe neurological deficit according to the Expanded disability status scale 7.0 and more. Each patient underwent 6 individual home therapies. The therapies were focused mainly on influencing respiratory and postural functions. The results of these therapies were objectively evaluated using the following functional tests: Unsupported Sitting Endurance Test, Modified Functional Reach Test and Examination Of the Strenght Of...

Šmejkalová, Barbora ; Novotná, Klára (advisor) ; Větrovská, Renata (referee)
Title: Comparison of the proportion of physical activities in patients with multiple sclerosis and individuals of the general population Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis was to find out, through a questionnaire survey, whether there is a difference in the representation of physical activities in people with multiple sclerosis (MS) and individuals of the general population (GP) during their normal week. I also wanted to find out whether demographic data affect the level of physical activity in individuals of both groups. Another goal was to find out if there is any difference between trends and types of physical activities in individuals with MS compared to individuals with GP. Methods: Data was obtained using a questionnaire survey. The respondents of both interviewed groups filled in the standardized Godin-Shephard Leisure-Time Physical Activity Questionnaire, complemented by several developing questions concerning mainly the representation of physical activity in their everyday life. The data was obtained from 630 individuals of the GP (individuals without chronic disease) and from 354 patients with MS in the age range of 25-70 years. An online questionnaire was used to obtain data from respondents of the GP. Patients with MS filled in a questionnaire as part of a previously undertaken...

Title: The effect of individual telerehabilitation on functional mobility and balance in patients with multiple sclerosis Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to verify the usefulness of telerehabilitation in influencing balance disorders of people with multiple sclerosis and to describe the effect of telerehabilitation on balance disorders and functional mobility in patients with multiple sclerosis. The theoretical part aims to describe the current trends in telerehabilitation and therapy of balance disorders in patients with multiple sclerosis in the Czech Republic and abroad. Methods: The research group consisted of 20 probands with multiple sclerosis, who subjectively perceived balance disorders. The group was divided into control and experimental group in a ratio of 1:1. The experimental group underwent an online twelve-week training course conducted in the form of the individual telerehabilitation (twice per week, 45 minutes each intervention). The training included strength and balance exercises supplemented by the Homebalance device. The control group underwent a twelve-week routine rehabilitation care, where patients underwent at least one individual physiotherapy and homework instruction. The initial and final examinations that all subjects underwent included functional tests: One-leg...
Optimization of laboratory denitrification test
Novotná, Klára ; Pániková, Kristína (referee) ; Malá, Jitka (advisor)
Leaching from agricultural fields not only releases high concentrations of nitrates into surface and groundwater, but also, for example, pesticides. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to optimize the input nitrate concentration of a laboratory denitrification test. This test will allow the study of the influence of different pesticides on the denitrification process and also the monitoring of their fate during this process. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the nitrogen cycle and its forms, the denitrification process and the factors that influence its progress are discussed in detail. In the practical part, a 28-day laboratory denitrification test was performed. Analytical methods used are described in the thesis as well as the process and the results of the laboratory experiment. Based on chemical oxygen demand profile, N-NOx concentration profile and denitrification rate, an input nitrate concentration of 15 mg.l-1 was recommended.
