The Importance of a Coaching for a Leadership

The thesis on The Importance of Coaching for Leadership consists of the theoretical and the practical parts. The first part contains the explanation of basic concepts of management, leadership and specifies leadership styles and the personality of a manager. Furthermore, this part deals with the motivation and its influence on the action of people. The important part of the thesis is the chapter about coaching, which is focused on the history of coaching. The part deals with the concept and key elements of coaching, the relationship between a coach and a person who is coached and it also mentiones what is not coaching. The practical part consists of the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, whose goal was to discover if the managers of the monitored organisation are aware of coaching and if they are able to use it while managing their subordinates. Suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the use of coaching for the leaderships the monitored organization are based on these surveys conclusions.
The Importance of Manager´s Communication

In the first chapter thesis explains the concept of management, personality and the role of manager. This thesis deals connection management and communication, thus the importance of communication skills manager. In the second chapter thesis explains with the basics of proper communication, interview strategies and proper critique. The third, main, chapter is devoted to conflict and their optimal managing, including prevention against them. The thesis includes advices, principles and soloutiouns some conflict situations in the workplace. The thesis includes verbal self-defense techniques, and inspiration for coping emotionally tense situations and gaining energy for the job. The gist of practical part is the qualitative research with managers or directors. The processed results show that quality of communication skills of managers is high and comply with their position. Communication is most important tool in their work, a reflection of the performance of them and their subordinates.

The main topic of this Bachelor Thesis is Leadership styles with an accent on coaching. Coaching and employee motivation have become lately one of the main interests of the companies. This tool helps employees to find their strong points and apply them in their day-to-day life. This self-discovery gives them faith in their strenghts, increases their self-confidence and makes them independent. This is a true motivation. A skilled manager through coaching can create an enjoyable atmosphere in the team and get more out of his/her people.

The first part deals with the issue of employee motivation, which also runs an explanation of key concepts such as the manager, leadership, motivation and others. During the second practical part is presented an explored society Philip Morris, Inc. and its now used motivational tools. During the interwiew of the guided issues with the selected respondents of the company´s management, will value current tools and subsequent recommendation on its possible modification.

This dissertation deals with the importance of communication for a leadership. Proper communication is an essential part of maintaining the company s market position. It is also necessary for communication within the company, mainly for setting a strategy and objectives, coordination of activities and teamwork. Managers participate in the creation of company s results by communicating with their subordinates. Improvement of managers communication skills leads to better relationships in the workplace, higher satisfaction and better work performance of employees, and thus better company s results. That is why manager s communication skills are really important. Theoretical part explains basic concepts and relations related to communication, management, and manager s duties and personality. Practical part conducted via questionnaire focuses on the analysis of selected levels of managers communication skills in the company. At the end of the dissertation, findings and recommendations for improvement in specific communication skills within the organization are formulated.

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of delegation for effective management in organizations. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of the process of delegation. The chapters deal with what is the main focus of the delegation and what kind of benefits the process brings. This thesis also shows the effective methodology of process delegation and there are identified barriers of delegation, which do not allow the managers to split work with the employees. The thesis presents characteristic of a manager, his personality and activities. The practical part is research on the importance of delegating with senior managers and employees at the company ERGO, a. s. In the theoretical part is a literature review of professional literature and other articles. The practical part is processed by means of qualitative research. The structured interview is based only with open questions
Training and personal development in the organization

The bachelor thesis is focused on education and personal development of employees in the organization Žatecký pivovar, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part takes the form of a literature review in which are defined and described the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis. This part deals mainly with the processes of development of employees, areas and methods of their education, educational needs and motivation. The practical part contains the characterization of mentioned organization and its basic information, the adaptation process of new employees and the introduction of some educational activities provided in this organization. There are also results of the survey including their graphical projection, the results of the interviews with employees, the summary of these results and subsequently formulated suggestions for improvement of the situation in the followed organization.
Motivation as a leadership

Bachelor's work deals with the importance of motivation process for personal management in organizations and the importance of motivational incentives from the manager's perspective, at the same time. The work is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical part of the bachelor's work, is the literary research, where are covered and explained in detail basic concepts related to the area of personal management, leadership and motivation. The attention is also dedicated to the position of managers in the organization, individual management functions, which they must practise and possible styles of the leadership. In the further part of the work, a motivational process, a different types and tools of motivation are introduced, all of it managers can use for stimulation their subordinates for successful reaching the organization goals. The overview of the best-known motivational theories is presented in the summary of this first chapter. In the second, practical part of the work, I present the summary of the interviews, which I hold with five managers from various organizations and business areas. Each of them was interviewed with same thirteen questions with aim to discover how they use the motivation and its tools for leadership in their organizations. In the end, the findings from own research are compared with the theoretical findings from the previous part of the work.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic "Motivation as a leadership". The work is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of the literature´s background research followed by its processing on the basis of extended studying of Czech and foreign published papers. This section closely explains the basic concepts such as management, manager, managerial functions, leadership and motivation. In order to clarify the role of motivation in leadership there are certain characteristics provided such as individual leadership styles, types of motivation and their theories and differences between motivation and stimulation. The method of a guided interview has been used to gain practical information. Five managers from different institutions were asked fifteen open-ended questions. The obtained dates were then collated with the theoretical knowledge that has helped to generalize the outcomes and define conclusion.

Its main objective is for selected company to identify and assess the current status of the education and personal development of employees. The theoretical part describes the issue with help of expert resources and publications available. In the practical part of the thesis is detected the current status of qualification and personal development of employees. At first, there is briefly introduced the selected company. This is followed by an evaluation questionnaire which serves as the basis of the findings and proposals for improving the current situation.
