A small three phase induction motor

The main object of this bachelor thesis is to determine the parameters of the induction motor with an output of 155 W. Three ways of obtaining the parameters were chosen. Analytical calculation according to available literature, calculation in RMxprt program and laboratory measurement of the motor. For a better comparison of analytical calculations, two literary sources were chosen according to which the calculation was performed. Individual calculations and values obtained by them are included in the thesis. A comparison of the results obtained by individual methods is performed.

Design of Department Stores by Růžena Žertová. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to introduce buildings of department stores designed by Růžena Žertová, constructed in the 1960s to the 1970s. The projects by this architect markedly surpassed the standard of contemporary food-processing-industry buildings. This thesis focuses on her work in Košice, Ústí n. L., and Pardubice.

MECHANISM OF CYTOKININ TRANSPORT ACROSS PLASMA MEMBRANE AND THEIR METABOLISM IN TOBACCO BY-2 CULTURED CELLS Mgr. Petr Klíma / Abstract of Ph.D. Thesis / Prague 2011 Cytokinins (CKs) are plant hormones that play a major role in a number of developmental processes in plants. Those include promotion of cell division, active growth and differentiation, and maintenance of sink-source relationships, as well as control of environmental stress responses. Native CKs are low-molecular derivatives of adenine which seem to act either as paracrine or as long-distance signals. Due to their numerous physiological effects, plants have to precisely control the occurrence of bioactive CK molecules on the levels of the whole plant, its organs, tissues as well as single cells. To achieve this, a concerted action of metabolism and transport processes is required. Studies of the kinetics of CK translocation across plasma membrane in BY-2 suspension-grown tobacco cells suggested the existence of energy-dependent, partially selective transport routes for CK bases and CK ribosides. HPLC analysis of the metabolites of accumulated CKs pointed at their fast degradation or metabolic conversion into physiologically inactive forms. Trends in drugs addiction prevention in Switzerland

Die drogen Problematik ist ständig in der Ganze Welt sehr aktuel. Da ich die Möglichkeit hatte einen etwas verschiedennen Zutrit in der Welt kennen zu lernnen, würde ich gern die Lösung in meiner Diplomarbeit beschreiben "Der Trends in der Lösung der Drogenabhengigkeit in Schweiz". Ich glaube, dass dieser Zutritt in der Tschechische Republik von Interesse sein konnte.Schweiz ist ien Land mit längeren Erfahrungen mit Drogenabhengigkeit und deshalb hattensie in Praxis neue Erfahrungen erwerben können. Deshalb könnten sie die meist wirksamen Metoden anvenden. Warum sollte man sich nicht inspirieren? Der Ziel dieser Arbeit ist vor allem die Erfahrung der Prevention in der Stadt Zürich anzuwenden.

The Importance of a Coaching for a Leadership

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the importance of coaching for a leadership. The theoretical part explains the basis of the problematics of management and leadership, and then thoroughly examines the topic of coaching: its essence, outline, advantages and disadvantages. Ascertained information is accompanied by several case studies from the business and entrepreneurial fields. These case studies were analysed and compared and contrasted to the basic principles of coaching. Towards the end of the theoretical part, the potential benefits of coaching are put into the context of three objects (employers, graduates, and the society) and respective challenges they are facing.
The main objective of the thesis is to identify and asses the influence of coaching in leadership. To accomplish this objective, structured interviews were done with several managers. These interviews were then evaluated on the basis of the theoretical part.
At the end of this thesis is a summary of influences of coaching, and the review of their importance for effective leadership.

High-speed Condesing Steam Turbine

ith one controlled extraction and one uncontrolled extraction, calculation of the flow channel at all stage, design and calculation of the regulation valve and create connection diagram of steam turbine and air cooled condenser. At the beginning of this work is an overview of manufacturers of steam turbines and their unified products. Master thesis was developer with G-Team, a.s. as using calculations and the instructions given in the recommended literature with supporting CFD simulations to determine the loss coefficients and FEA simulations to determine the eigenfrequencies blades.

Project of transport line for dressing corn

Subject of this work is a project of transport line for corn dressing. In the document component parts of the transport line are described. As the submitter asked, some existing devices were retained and supplied with missing parts. Some of the missing parts are bucket elevators which transport corn to the cleaner and dressing device. At the end of the transport line there is a frame for easing sack filling and a weighing device.

Closing mechanism paper bag

This thesis deals with a design of new dot-wheels gearing. These wheels serve for closing of paper covers of tea bags. First of all the suggested spare options of the gearing shape are compared with the original. On the basis of the comparison results the gearing is solved as a substandard kind of involute gearing. The involute gearing is designed by the method of generalized parameters. For the gearing design the program GEARING – symetrical profile version 1.5. was used. Consequently this program was adapted for the case of the change of the instrument shape by the user. The kind of wheels material was designed. Further the way of wheels production for single-piece and batch production was also designed. At the end the economic evaluation of the wheels production with newly designed profile was done.
