Bullying among Children and Feeling Secure

This work aims to point out the alarming and growing problém among today's young people attending basic and secondary schools - bullying. It considers the situation and manifestations of bullying in more details and it is conducted by the method of comparison of this problém from the point of view of the recent past and the present situation. In this way both the roots and consequences of bullying are examined. Further, the sources of its frequent occurrence, increasing brutality and visibility will be also investigated here. Was bullying in the recent past as frequent as nowadays and is it at present more visible just due to today's modernization and mechanization in the area of media? In this work the well-tried (educational) methods and proceduře in the field of prevention, diagnostics and solution of bullying are described as well. The answers concerning the problém are sought in the scientific research as well, but also in my own practical survey - through the assignment of the questionnaires to the students of the selected universities and of the high vocational school. The questions given here are focused on the students' early school years - by retrospective view the students try to recollect the school climate at that time and their possible encounters with bullying.

Environment and Health

This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the environment and health in surroundings of Dobříš. It means how the young people spend their leisure time, whether they live a healthy lifestyle and last but not least, how the environmental education is integrated into the teaching process at the primary and secondary schools (gymnasium). This issue is treated in the matter of the centres of the ecological education usage and also centres of the leisure time activities and the follow-up cooperation with them. In the next part of the thesis, there is a survey that finds out how the generations (youth, their parents and grandparents) spend their leisure time and whether they live the healthy lifestyle. Another part of the survey goes in for efficiency of the environmental education integration into education and the follow-up cooperation with pupils. A booklet is made further to the survey. There is an offer of the institutions, associations and centres in surroundings of Dobříš and Příbram that are interesting in this issue, and can be visited as well. The main aim of the booklet is to inform teachers and schools and offer them the opportunity to avail these types of institutions during the lessons about the environment.

Usage of Internet and computer application in the education of subject Health Education SUMMARY: The thesis focuses on usage of information technologies in the education of subject Health Education. According to this scope, the list of relevant internet sites and computer assisted learning applications is provided. The next main focus is given to the relationship between using computers and health. The result of research on this field is, that risks are underestimated in the School Educational Program. The worksheets created as part of the thesis can increase the knowledge of possible risks of internet browsing. Chocolate and other Chosen Sweets in Nutrition of Children

My project is concentrated on the problems of sweets in nourishment. In my project I deal with the question how the health of children is influenced by eating sweets, especially the eating of chocolate and ice-cream. In the theoretical part I summarize the information about sweets and its influence on the health condition. The Role of Milk in the Nutrition of Children and as a Part of the Programme "School Milk"

V této práci jsem se snažila přispět tématu výživy dětí sondou do projektu "Školní mléko" a tomuto tématu bych se chtěla i dále věnovat. Zajímavé by byly určitě názory rodičů zúčastněných žáků na tento projekt, případně na školní stravu jako celek. Velmi zajímavým tématem je vliv mléka a mléčných výrobků na zdraví dětí a rozvoj některých onemocnění, jak uvádí někteří citovaní autoři. Bohužel prokázat jednoznačný vliv určité potraviny na vznik onemocnění je velmi problematické a takový výzkum by vyžadoval dlouhodobou spolupráci lékařů, odborníků na výživu a hlavně dětí tohoto projektu se účastnících. Projekt Školní mléko" prodělává v momentu zakončování mé diplomové práce zajímavé změny, které způsobila mlékárna Kunín svým nápadem mléčných automatů. O ty je velký zájem a po Moravě, kde byly automaty instalovány nejdříve, se tyto automaty objevují i na základních školách v Čechách. Doufám, že velký zájem dětí o toto mléko a mléčné výrobky neopadne.

The Nutritional Behaviour of Adolescents and Eating Disorders

Tématem této diplomové práce je nutriční chování adolescentů a poruchy příjmu potravy. Teoretická část se zabývá poruchami příjmu potravy. Popisuje vývoj, příčiny, diagnostická kriteria, průběh i způsoby léčby mentální anorexie a mentální bulimie. Druhá část vychází z praxe a je orientována žákům vyšších ročníků základních škol s cílem zjistit jejich nutriční návyky, postoje jídlu a spokojenost s vlastním tělem. Ve třetí části je navržen program pro základní školy této problematice, v němž jsou uvedeny ukázky vyučovacích hodin a didaktických her zaměřené na posilování sebevědomí a prevenci poruch příjmu potravy. Součástí diplomové práce jsou přílohy.
