The subject of this diploma thesis is construction project for implementation of bus terminal in Benešov. This thesis contains technical report, construction study of main technological stages, supply management for selected technological processes, technical report of site facilities including drawings, construction machinery and equipment for selected technological processes, technological specification for execution of earthworks SO01 & SO02, technological specification for execution of foundations SO01 & SO02, control and test plan for execution of earthworks, control and test plan for execution of foundations, safety and health protection plan for selected technological processes, construction site noise study and a construction study of reconstruction of roads in the terminal area.

Design of competition model fuselage

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of the fuselage of the competing model aircraft. The introduction describes the student team, Chicken Wings, and also explains the upcoming Air Cargo Challenge 2019. Furthermore, the search section lists the individual types of materials and carbon composite manufacturing technologies. The second part of the thesis deals with the individual phases of the aircraft design and the definition of fuselage. Moreover, the practical part of the thesis begins with a statistical overview of mass-produced models F3B and F5J categories and the subsequent design of the individual parts of the fuselage and the mass analysis of the model. The conclusion justifies the choice of individual parameters.

Improving the diagnosis of first-episode schizophrenia from magnetic resonance imaging using machine learning

Background: Early diagnosis of schizophrenia could improve the outcomes and limit the negative effects of untreated illness. Although participants with schizophrenia show structural/functional alterations on the group level, these findings have a limited diagnostic utility. Novel methods of MRI analyses, such as machine learning (ML), may help bring neuroimaging from bench to the bedside. Here, we used ML to differentiate participants with a first episode of schizophrenia-spectrum disorder (FES) from healthy controls (HC) based on neuroimaging data and compared the diagnostic utility of such approach with the utility of between group comparisons using classical statistical methods. Method: Firstly, we performed a classical fMRI experiment in FES using a self/other- agency task (SA/OA) and compared FES (N=35) versus controls (N=35) using conventional statistics. We than classified FES and healthy controls (HC) using linear kernel support vector machine (SVM) from the resting-state functional connectivity (rsFC) and fractional anisotropy (FA) in 63/63 and 77/77 age- and sex-matched FES and HC participants. The subject of this bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the execution of superstructure – house in Třebíč. The content of the thesis is the accompanying report and the summary technical report of the building, the situation of the construction and the solution of the relations of the wider transport routes, the technological regulations for the implementation of vertical supporting and non-supporting structures and the implementation of the reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structure, the design of machine assembly, conception of site facilities, safety and health protection at site, and control and test plans for the implementation of masonry structures and for the implementation of vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete monolithic structures.

Current issues of an agreement on guilt and punishment

Institute of agreement on guilt and punishment, was implemented into Czech criminal law by Act No. 193/2012 Coll. in 2012 and came into force on 1th September 2012. The institute belongs among diversions from standard criminal proceedings. The purpose of its introducing was an effort to increase efficiency of criminal proceedings. Generally, this instute is typical in common law system, however several countries with continental legal system have already introduced agreement on guilt and punishment into their criminal law - for example: Spain, Germany, Italy and Slovakia. In particular, the Slovakian agreement on guilt and punishment constituted fundamental basis for the Czech version of the agreement. The inspiration for choosing this topic for my Master's thesis was formed by internship at district prosecutor of Prague 4. I have had an option to attend conclusion of the agreement during the process there as well. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are accompanied by my personal experiences from the internship. Each of them is dealing with different aspects of the institute. Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of study reports of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Abstract: This thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and biomechanical aspects of anterior cruciate ligament, as well as epidemiology, diagnosis, the most common causes and treatment of rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. The special section includes the case study regarding the physiotherapy treatment of the patient. Therapy was focused mainly on the patient's knee joint stability restoration. The case study was prepared at the time of the author's practice, from 14th February to 2nd March 2011, at the ambulance department of the Regional hospital in Kladno. The Ethics Committee expressed its positive attitude towards the case study. The original version can be found in the Annex, as well as the informed consent template. Ecophysiology of peat bog ericoid subshrubs - freezing resistance and water relations

The seasonal changes in freezing resistance and water relations in four dwarf shrub species of Ericaceae family: Vaccinium vitis-idaea, V. myrtillus, V. uliginosum and Oxycoccus palustris in two study areas differing in altitude were studied in this work. To establish the freezing resistance, the plants were sampled eight times, to determine parameters of the water relations, the plants were sampled six times during the growing season of 2009. For the freezing resistance examination, ice nucleation temperature (exotherm) and 50 per cent lethal temperature (LT50) were found. The water relations were described using the parameters derived from the pressure-volume curves: osmotic potential at full turgor, osmotic potential at zero turgor, cytoplasmic water fraction, relative water content at turgor loss and bulk modulus of elasticity. An important seasonal variability in the freezing resistance was found. The highest levels of the freezing resistance were reached in the spring and in the autumn, the lowest levels were found in the summer. There were also changes in the used mechanisms of the freezing resistance - for most of the year, the plants were tolerant, they showed the avoidance mechanism only in the summer. Wing system design of competition aircraft

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the wing system design of competition aircraft. The thesis consists of five main parts. The first part is an introduction to the competition – Air Cargo Challenge, and the mission of UAV. The second part details the compilation of flight envelope and loads acting on the aircraft. Part three describes stress analysis of the old fabric method of wing construction. Part four of the thesis gives suggestions of a new wing system design, and its stress analysis. The final part of this bachelor’s thesis describes the advantages and disadvantages of the new system design, and compares them to the old version.
