Mechanism of cancerogenic effect of nitroaromates pollutants in present environment

Nitroaromatic compounds are mutagenic and carcinogenic substances present in all environmental compartments. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons react with nitrogen oxides to form nitroaromatics under the conditions that might be expected in polluted air and in combustion processes (fossil fuel combustion, waste heat recovery, metal processing, etc.). Most of nitroaromatic compounds are potent mutagens in bacterial and mammalian systems. They are also carcinogens causing cancer, primarily in the liver, lungs and mammary glands. Nitrobenzanthrones (NBA) are nitroaromatic compounds which were recently found in environmental compartments, especially in the air. 3-Nitrobenzanthrone (3-NBA, 3-nitro-7H-benz [de] anthracene-7-one) is one of the polycyclic aromatic nitro compounds with high toxic effects. 3-NBA is present in environmental pollution, in diesel exhaust and was also detected in soil and in rain water. Bachelor's thesis describes the metabolism of this substance and it also studies its mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. This work also compares the mutagenic and carcinogenic effects of 3-NBA and its derivative, isomer 2-nitrobenzanthrone (2-NBA, 2-nitro-7H-benz [de] anthracene-7-one), which also occurs as a pollutant in air. Role of the International Labour Organization in labour law

60 Summary The International Labour Organisation, established 90 years ago, belongs to the main United Nations' organisations. It plays a unique role in the field of international organisations. It fights for better social and work conditions around the world. The ILO has currently 182 members, who participate in the organisation's functioning. One of its main aims is to regulate working standards. During the last nine decades, the organisation has managed to assert the principles of humanity and solidarity. It helped social and work relations in many world areas. However, when trying to answer the question: Where is this organisation heading to? Only future can answer this question. Chapter 1 deals with the general characteristics of the International Labour Organisation. Chapter 2 focuses on the relation between international and national law. It especially concentrates on how this issue is dealt with in the Constitution of the Czech Republic, i.e. introduction to ILO from the point of public law. Chapter 3 includes questions of international organisations dealing with social issues. It focuses on relations with the United Nations Organisation and the Council of Europe. The aim of the thesis is to prove whether is this business plan a feasible project or not. Based on the conclusion the entrepreneur will decide to go for the realization or not. The subject of the thesis is a beauty studio with already certain amount of current clients however still with substantial space for improvement. To reach better profitability there are calculations, analysis and set up of a new strategy carried out.

This bachelor thesis aims to evaluate the present situation of the communication mix of company, which sells art materials and tools in two stores and e-commerce. In the theoretical section, there is briefly described the marketing mix and one of its components, communication mix, is explained in detail. This issue is closely related to the company and it is outlined in the analytical part, there is also a detailed table inspired by SWOT analysis. Based on the analyzes, in the last part of the thesis there are measures developed to improve marketing communications of Výtvarný-Shop.cz.

The goal of this bachelor´s study is connection of theme of employee motivation and employee benefits through the theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part, I general summarize the knowledge, which were written in professional publications, where are explained the definitions of motivation, sources of motivation, theories of motivation. This part will be finished by summary of facts about reward system by benefits, I also explain the advanatages and disadvantages of benefits, which are essential to employee satisfaction. I will continue by practical part. At first I introduce selected company and afterwards I will analyze employee satisfaction in company Henkel s.r.o. by data from the questionnaires, fulfilled by employees of Henkel CZ. I will study if the employees are motivated right and also remunerated by packet fo benefits.

This thesis is focused on function of insolvency administrator, both in terms of requirements imposed on the performance of insolvency administrator, and in the terms of the obligations that insolvency administrator has to execute in course of the insolvency proceedings. The objective of this thesis is analyzing function of insolvency administrator from the point of view of his position, powers and responsibility in insolvency proceedings. The objective of this thesis is also to test hypothesis, whether a new system of appointment of insolvency administrators based on rotational principle can be considered as effective and whether it truly led to higher transparency of appointment of insolvency administrators.

Proprietary criminality

The bachelor thesis is focused on "Proprietary criminality" and I aim for the theft, malversation and cheat. In this thesis I discuss closely these proprietary criminality, their facts of the case, criminal's action and I also present some examples of these three proprietary criminality using judicature. In the thesis are also described other types of proprietary criminality, having fraudulent character. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse closely these three selected criminal acts and also compare them each other from the point of view of their facts of the case and their criminal's action.
