Web Development Tools for Caché
Lola, Martin ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create web developer tools for the Caché system. This tool allows the creation and editing of classes, routines and methods. Particular focus was given to the use of the user roles from the Caché system, the extensibility and easy installation. The application is implemented in the Caché ObjectScript language and uses common web technologies (HTML, CSS and Javascript). The text of this thesis describes the complete development cycle of the application from an analysis of the current situation through the description of the needed parts of Caché and the requirements analysis, system design to the implementation details and testing and analysis of results.
Java EE Application Synchronization
Poul, Jan ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This work deals with the Java EE platform and the bidirectional client-server communication. It presents a design of an application architecture that allows to synchronize the state of applications and their graphical output for a larger number of clients. The final solution contains a sample application that demonstrates the synchronization of connected clients.

Techniques of Web Pages Indexing
Tužil, Jiří ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Kunc, Michael (advisor)
This work addresses the techniques of information searching in the Internet. It describes the structure of the presented data and their conversion into information usable in searching process. It shows various approaches of PageRank, HITS and SALSA full-text algorithms, notifying about possible difficulties and inaccuracies as well as underlining the advantages of these search techniques. The work shows the design development and implementation of a sample full-text search tool.
Portal for Comparing Scientific Results
Harag, Jozef ; Kolář, Dušan (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
Thesis deals with the creation of a portal for comparing scientific results between institutions in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. This thesis aims to create a functional analytic tool prototype that allows users to generate data samples based on specific common characteristics and to perform advanced data analysis over these samples, resulting in different types of graphs. Graphs can be placed on the main panel. This panel can be customized as per their own preferences so each user can have it different. Analyzable metrics include the number of citations, social references, and readers that individual scientific publications have received.
Information System Database Layer with an Application Interface
Špaček, Jakub ; Milička, Martin (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This thesis is a part of a student project called Yumified. It is a mobile application that allows users to rate melas in catering facilities. The users can also browse all the ratings. For this purpose, we use the REST application interface, Symfony PHP framework and the Doctrine library for high-level database access.
A System for a Driving School Trip Analysis and Evaluation
Šoulák, Martin ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The objective of this master thesis is to design and develop a real-time storage system for geographic data from driving school trips. The system provides tools for analysis and evaluation of practice trips. This system is an extension of the DoAutoskoly.cz project which is described in the text. The next part contains an introduction to geographical data, spatial data and available databases with spatial extensions. The understanding to spatial databases is very important for the system design, an explanation of a solution for a database layer and implementation of major parts. Solution for a graphical view of the results and possible extensions of the system are described in the last part of this thesis.

Tool for Visualization of Plagiarism in Several Programming Languages
Bančák, Michal ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
The thesis describes the design and implementation of a plagiarism tool for programming languages C, Python and PHP. It describes techniques that are used to cover a plagiarism. The aim of this work is to create a tool for detection and visualization of plagiarisms covered up using these techniques. The tool performs detection by transforming input projects into an abstract syntactic tree, which is obtained by lexical and syntactic analysis. These trees will be compared by a proposed algorithm that uses node and subtree valuation using the {hash} function. The found parts of the code that could potentially lead to plagiarism are visualized in the form of a subtree of an abstract syntactic tree that represents the parts of the code found by the tool. Further, the work  describes testing of this tool on identified plagiarism techniques and specifies which of them it can eliminate. In its conclusion, the work describes the possible further development of the tool.
