Psychological burden in helping staff of Jedlicka Institution in Prague

In my Bachelor Thesis I am dealing with subjective perception of professional stress, workload and bucnout syndrome of helping employees at Jedlička Institute. In the first part I resumed the chosen theoretical pieces of knowledge relating to problems of stress. The second part of this work is focused on an executed research surveying subjective assessment of appearance of professional stress, subjective assessment of professional burden, extent of social support, subjective assessment of extent frequency of appearance of symptoms burnout syndrome and frequency of appearance of particular stressful factors. Obtained results are summarized in the final part of the work. A target of the work is a survey concerning the question if helping employees at Jedlička Institute subject to the stress significantly. The result of research says that the answer is negative.
Social work with deliquent individuals

Social work is an autonomous branch, which is governed by its own theory and practice, but in many areas, intertwined with other disciplines. It can be understood only by the knowledge of social and cultural context of the company. Alone in the field of social work teams provide a multi-disciplinary professional staff. In the Czech Republic during the last two decades, a revival of interest in this issue, because in communist Czechoslovakia, this area was neither recognized nor supported. In this work, I focused on the clarification of the basic theoretical aspects of social work with emphasis on work with delinquent children and adolescents in the Czech Republic, because, as is clear from the statistics of the Ministry of Interior, the proportion of children and young people perpetrating crime continues to grow.

Téma, kterému se v bakalářské práci věnuji, reflektuje okolnosti vzniku poruch chování a v konfrontaci s aktuální odbornou literaturou hledá nejvýraznější činitele tohoto postižení. Praktická část práce analyzuje realizaci předběžného opatření a ústavní výchovy v konkrétním zařízení, kterým je Dětský diagnostický ústav, základní škola a školní jídelna na Praze 4.
Evaluation of speech skills in lexical semantics in children with developmental dysphasia

The thesis is divided in two main parties - the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part I resumed the knowledge about the words, the vocabulary and about the saving of the vocabulary in the brain. I outlined the physiologic and pathologic evolution of the vocabulary and the diagnostics of this linguistic field. In the practical part I focused on the evaluation in the field of lexical - semantic of children with the evolutional dysphasia. For this purpose I draw up two groups of children. For each group I draw up the test which, for the first group, is composed of four sub-tests, for second is composed of seven sub-tests. Some sub-tests are based on the description of the pictures, others sub-tests are not based on pictures. The aim of this thesis is to find how evaluates the lexical-semantic level of language of children with evolutional dysphasia which were tested twice. The interval between two tests was 12-15 months for the first group and 9 months for the second group.
Homeless people and possibilities of remedy

The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to introduce the problem of homelessness, concept definition, blocking the causes and prevention of that social-pathological phenomenon, pointing out possibilities of remedy that our society offers and that homeless people may use, insight and comprehension of life of shelterless persons. The work is based on professional knowledge, work experience and causuistics. The work is written from position of a social worker from Healthcare and Social Services Department of the Municipal Office on the basis of professional experience with social work with homeless people according to the Act no. 111/2006 Col\., about remedy against material shortage, also according to the Act no. 10812006 Col\., about social services and Act no. 100/1988 Col\., about social safeguard. The Bachelor's thesis should become beneficial to practical resolution of aid to homeless people, brief and quick instruction for solving a concrete crisis situation.
