Rigorózní práce má dvě hlavní části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V části teoretické jsou shrnuty poznatky o slově a slovní zásobě, o uložení slovní zásoby v mozku, je zde nastíněn fyziologický a patologický vývoj slovní zásoby a diagnostika této jazykové oblasti. Praktická část je zaměřena na hodnocení vývoje v oblasti lexikálně - sémantické u dětí s vývojovou dysfázií. Pro účely hodnocení byly vytvořeny dvě skupiny dětí, kdy pro každou skupinu byl vytvořen test, který se pro první skupinu dětí skládá ze čtyř subtestů, pro druhou skupinu ze sedmi subtestů. Některé subtesty jsou založeny na manipulaci s obrázky a jejich pojmenování, jiné se o obrázky neopírají. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se rozvíjí lexikálně - sémantická rovina jazyka u dětí, které byly testovány stejným testovým materiálem hodnoceny dvakrát. U první skupiny dětí byl časový odstup mezi testováními 12 - 15 měsíců, u druhé skupiny byl časový odstup 9 měsíců. The thesis is divided in two main parties - the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part I resumed the knowledge about the words, the vocabulary and about the saving of the vocabulary in the brain. I outlined the physiologic and pathologic evolution of the vocabulary and the diagnostics of this linguistic field. In the practical part I focused on the evaluation in the field of lexical - semantic of children with the evolutional dysphasia. For this purpose I draw up two groups of children. For each group I draw up the test which, for the first group, is composed of four sub-tests, for second is composed of seven sub-tests. Some sub-tests are based on the description of the pictures, others sub-tests are not based on pictures. The aim of this thesis is to find how evaluates the lexical-semantic level of language of children with evolutional dysphasia which were tested twice. The interval between two tests was 12-15 months for the first group and 9 months for the second group.
