Managing Bullying in the Framework of Personal and Social Education

A B S T R A C T The text deals with bullying from the prospective of personal and social education. Personal and social education as a complex theory offers basic and methodical background for working with bullying. It is able to provide good reflexion of the educational reality. The aim of the work is to describe how the topics of personal and social education are personified in the programs of prevention of bullying. It concerns pupils in fifth, sixth and seventh grade of the elementary schools (12-14 years old). The research was performed as a field research of the etnographic character. In the theoretical section the study defines personal and social education as a theoretical framework and it is the basis for the research. The definition of the term personification follows as it is crucial for the work within the personal and social education. The following chapter describes bullying and explains how this term was understood earlier and how it is perceived today. The experimental section describes the methodology of the research. It gives basic information about the pertinent research and explains its results. The results are summarized in four categories: what leads to personification, what the obstacles to personification are, the lecturer's ideas on personification and methodical notes.

Characterization of cranial skeletogenesis and odontogenesis in basal Ray-finned fishes

Skeletal tissues represent a key novelty of vertebrates, moreover, structural diversification and phenotypic adaptation of cartilaginous, bony and dental elements determine life strategies of each vertebrate lineage. Ray-finned fishes (Actinopterygii) constitute the most diverse vertebrate group with striking diversity in skeletogenesis and skeletal systems. In this thesis, comparative developmental analyses of craniofacial skeletal tissues and structures in bichirs (Polypteriformes) and sturgeons (Acipenseriformes), was analysed. These basal lineages differ essentially in their strategy of skeletogenesis. Bichirs represent heavily armoured forms with massive exoskeleton, they also comprise thick ganoid scales and dental structures that cover the whole oropharynx. Sturgeons, on the contrary, are primarily cartilaginous fishes with rather reduced skeleton and with teeth that are completely lost during larval development. Skeletogenesis was studied on a unique series of embryonic and larval stages of the Senegal bichir (Polypterus senegalus) and the sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) by whole-mount staining of their cartilage and mineralized tissues followed by fluorescent microscopy visualisation. Immigrants in the Czech Republic and Their Reproductive Behavior

This dissertation introduces recent immigration into the Czech Republic and characterizes the most numerous groups of immigrants according to their citizenship, i.e. the citizens from Ukraine, Vietnam, Russia and Slovakia. The main objective of this dissertation is to analyze reproductive behavior of these groups, immigrants and foreigners as a whole in the Czech Republic. First are presented the factors that may affect the fertility of immigrants and the main hypotheses that were formulated by the experts abroad. Mentioned are also possible methods of examination and the sources of data. Subsequently is performed the analysis of immigrant fertility in the Czech Republic on the basis of data from the Czech Statistical Office. It turns out, that immigrant fertility in this country is at a very low level. The only relevant difference represents the fertility of women with Vietnamese citizenship, whose fertility is slightly higher than in the Czech women population in total. Lastly are presented the results from questionnaire survey carried out among Vietnamese women living in the Czech Republic. Its conclusions may be more as an inspiration for future research. The aim of this work is to draft a communication plan for Přerovská realitní Ltd. that focuses on real estate development activities. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theory, analysis and proposal. The theoretical section provides information on communication, analytical part consists of an analysis applied to specific business environment and last part presents the design proposals, which should lead to the improvement of existing communication strategy.
