Evaluation of Possibilities of Financing from the European funds in Rural Municipalities of the Protivín area

The main objective of this thesis is an analysis and evaluation of financing of Protivín rural area focusing on the specific use of financial resources from European funds and their place when compiling budgets of municipalities. The practical part of the investigation involves structured interviews with representatives of government, ie. the mayors, councilors and officials. Public opinions regarding the construction of the lookout tower in the village Záboří is verified by questionnaire method. The information obtained is graphically expressed and objectively assessed. The Results of the survey show weaknesses in the way of administering subsidies, which negatively affects the success rate in obtaining finance from European funds. The thesis proposes and recommends specific forms of cooperation improving the management of municipalities and competent officials with regard to the specifics of rural areas and feedback reflecting the views of local residents.

The evaluation of physical activity of children of school age

Title: The evaluation of physical activity of children of school age Objectives: The aim of the study is to assess physical activity in children of school age in Prague 6 and evaluate the main factors influencing physical activities and the possible correlation between these factors and levels of physical activities. The work includes the spectrum of information about physical activity and its importance in the pediatric population, level overview of physical activities children in the world and its measurement, then the description of programs to support the physical activity. Methods: The research was carried out using non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 15 elementary schools located in Prague 6 among students of 2nd and 6th class. We used the Microsoft Excel software to analyse the data. Results: We found that the largest number of children does sports 2-4 hours a day. Boys and younger students were more physically active than girls, and older students. The results of the work suggest that children in the Czech Republic are, in the monitored parameters of physical activity (frequency, time), at a similar level as other children abroad. Interaction of groundwater and surface water under extreme hydrological conditions in the floodplain of the upper Lužnice river

The object of this work is an analysis of the influence of extreme hydrological events (floods and droughts) in terms of interaction between groundwater and surface water in the river floodplain. The aim of this thesis is also the evaluation of the hydrological regime of the upper Lužnice basin and evidence of retention potential preserved natural floodplain. The selected objectives of the work were resolved on the basis of the values of groundwater levels and surface water in the area of interest. Based on data from underground wells and a digital terrain model, it was possible to create an image of the distribution of groundwater levels in river floodplains during selected hydrological situations. Data from surface flow was obtained from several habitats in the flow direction Lužnice. This has enabled graphically illustrate individual flood waves and characterize their size, speed and transformation after the passage of a preserved natural floodplain of Lužnice river. Carried out research has been confirmed retention capacity of the floodplain, which is most significant at flow rates slightly in excess of the flow capacity of the river bed. Comparative analysis of runoff in experimental basins of upper Otava River

This bachelor thesis summarizes knowledge and provides new analyses about the runoff regime of three experimental streams in headstream area Otava River. The main focus is concentrated on comparison between the experimental basins in physical-geographic conditions, climate environment and peak flow. This thesis is based on data acquired during more than four years field survey which was realized in this area by the Faculty of Science, Department of Physical Geography and Geoecology.

Music Instrumental Ensembles at Primary Schools

The thesis is focused on the activity of children instrumental ensembles in the region of the capital city Prague. In the first chapter we are studying the role of a musical instrument during the development of musical education in Czech schools. The next chapter concerns with psychological aspect of the human personality. Musical skills and abilities acquired by playing musical instrument and especially engaging in an ensemble, where it is important to perceive every other person and instrument support its development. The teachers are also an important part of an ensemble. We are dealing with use of the musical instruments that are currently available for teachers at schools. The research part of the thesis is dedicated to the particular ensembles in the region of Prague. Our goal was to map and summarize what motivates children to play in the ensembles and to find out what leads people to found musical ensembles, what they expect their work to be like and what they would appreciate in their pedagogical experience.

Evaluation of human resources in teams

Diploma thesis deals with the evaluation team of human resources in team of the coffee chain. Multi-criteria analysis is use in the evaluation. The theoretical part described human resources in general and evaluation of human resources, description of teams and team behavior and description of procedures and methods of multi-criteria analysis. In the practical part is the proposals of the employee evaluation system to identify shortcomings, the proposal for a higher position and then comparing the improvement of individual employees. This evaluation system serves as a support for the existing system of evaluation in this company. Finally, the results is drawn of the evaluation of individual employees.
