The technique of introductory exercises to practice jump disciplines Thesis objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to discover faults in three jump disciplines (long jump, high jump and pole vault) based on videoanalysis and to suggest ways of their correction these faults. Jumps were performed by Daniel Fuks and Lukáš Lomický, students of first grade FTVS UK. Methods: Videoanalysis and observation of photo sequences were used in this thesis. On base of these photo sequences the fauts of students were observed and then considering of the way of debugging followed. Results: The results shows the most frequent fault were occured in the technique of an introductory exercises to practice pole vault. On the contrary students coped successfully with the technique of the introductory exercises to practice long jump. Key words: technique, long jump, high jump, pole vault, introductory exercises

This bachelor's thesis deals with wireless networks and related issue. It includes an overview of basic terminology commonly connected with Wi-Fi technology. Moreover, it includes a network implementation design, which offers a freely accessible Wi-Fi network with an available Internet connection as well as a secured connection of a newly introduced restaurant till system. The design takes into consideration a limited budget and the need to ensure sufficient security.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the municipality economy of Nová Buková in 2004 – 2007. The aim of this work is analyses revenue and expenditure and to evalnate the municipality economy. Principally, the first part of the work is focused on theoretical municipality knowledge in the Czech Republic, the second part of the work comprises the basic information about Nová Buková municipality, municipal office and budget operation. The third part of the work analyses and evalnates the budget revenue and budget expenditure. The last part of the work comprises the recommendation for economy effectivity improvement of the municipality.

Theoretical basis for creating web applications, methods used for the proposal and technologies used in the realization and implementation are described in the first part. The second part of the thesis presents an analysis of the current state. The last part contains the actual design, realization and implementation of the web application for ordering lunches.

The main goal of this master's thesis is to summarize specifics of financial reporting of football clubs listed on the EU stock exchanges. The industry specifics, business operations and critical parts of the club's reporting, as well as the most important items of the financial statements, will be stated in the theoretical part of the work. Practical part of the work will be oriented on analysing of annual report of Juventus F.C. The elementary resources of the work were publications aimed on IFRS, publications about sports business and also the annual report of Juventus F.C.

The system, as a whole, is designed as a modular and open platform, which allows a wide variety of user modifications and customisation to almost any specific museum collection, repository or exhibition.

State of Corporate culture and its role in human resource management in chosen enterprises.

The doctoral thesis deals with corporate culture and human resource management. The main aim of the thesis is analysis of corporate culture state and appraisal its role in human resource management in chosen enterprises. Research is divided into three parts: exploratory research, field questionnaire research and elaborate (deep) questionnaire research. In exploratory research are organizational processes in 29 small and medium enterprises (SME) evaluated with aim to human resource management (HRM) risk analysis and determination of cultural types. Results shows that SME have main barrier of its future grow in problems with process of HRM and predominate type of its culture are clan and hierarchy. Based on results of exploratory research is field research focused on analysis of the corporate culture and its role in HRM. From questionnaires in the sample of 62 enterprises and results at level of organizational practice and organizational values follows that hierarchy cultures in enterprises are the most dominated. Results show that corporate culture plays important role in HRM too. Particularly stronger cultures, enterprises with standard Investor in People (IIP) and cultures of clan type have fundamental effect on characteristics of HRM. According to results of elaborate questionnaire research of 121 respondents in specific enterprise with standardized IIP and deep analysis are changes of corporate culture proposed and used for managing and changing of corporate culture.

This thesis examines a psycho-sociological context of Otto Gutfreund´s sculptures and drawings. In the first stage author surveys memoirs of sculptor´s contemporaries, his family history and his early childhood development to find out Gutfreund´s psychological dispositions and dymanics of his personality. After that he deals with sculptor´s artistic style development in connection to his living conditions. He focuses on Gutfreund´s artistic expression and its changes. Autor shows that sculptor´s turn to Cubism (1910-1911), to Social Civilism (1919-1926) and his return to cubistic creative principles are not only determined by art-historical context but psycho-sociological context, as well.
