Title of diploma thesis: Hyaluronan oligosaccharides and their biological function In my diploma thesis I compile informations about hyaluronan oligosaccharides. Although hyaluronan is in the body found mostly in a form of long chains, we can find it also as small fragments - the oligosaccharides. The oligosaccharides embody different properties than hyaluronan polymers. Hyaluronan oligosaccharides can be synthetised, separated and analysed in laborarory in a variety of ways. Large molecules can be broken into fragments chemically, physically or enzymatically. For thein subsequent separation and purification especially chromatographic methods are used. As the most suitable methods for their final analysis electrophoretic techniques or mass spectrometry were shown. Continous metabolism of hyaluronan proceeds inside the body . Hyaluronan synthase takes a part in synthesis, and the biodegradation important for human is supplyed by several hyaluronidases. Interaction of hyaluronan with cells is mediated by several receptors. The Importance of Pupils Parents Education at Secondary Vocational Schools in the Area of Risky Behaviour

A Bachelor thesis named The Importance of Pupils Parents Education at Secondary Vocational Schools in the Area of Risky Behaviour, points to importace of involving parents in the preventing proces by educating them in this area. The theoretical part deals with the theory of risky behavior, with a focus on bullying, eating disorders and drug addiction. The important part of the thesis is a chapter dealing with the role of family and school in preventing risky behavior.
The practical part consists of quantitative research in a questionnaire form. Based on analysis and comaparison of results obtained in this research is detected awareness of parents about the signs and issues relating to the area of risky behavior. There is also detected willingness of parents to educate themselves in the issue of risky behavior and their preference in the ways of realization this education. Based on results is lined up a system of collaboration between school and parents, which should help to streamline the process of prevention at secondary vocational school.

Tématem této diplomové práce je statistická regulace výrobního procesu. Cílem bylo analyzovat data z reálného technologického procesu revolverového vstřikovacího lisu. Analýza byla provedena za užití statistického testování hypotéz, analýzy rozptylu, obecného lineárního modelu a analýzy způsobilosti procesu. Analýza dat byla provedena ve statistickém softwaru Minitab 16.

Mathematical pendulum

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the mathematical modeling of the behaviour of mathematical pendulum. The aim of this thesis is to find the equation of mathematical pendulum, compute the trajectories of solution and interpret their meaning, clasify the singular solution, plot the phase portrait in MATLAB software for the basic model and for the generalized model of the damped and driven pendulum.

Involvement of women after parental leave at the present labor market

After maternity or parental leave are women one of the vulnerable groups at the labor market. They are presumed to have less time flexibility and lower performance, which result from the expected childcare and housework. The aim of this essay is analyze the level of women's support at the labor market, focused on women returning to the labor market after maternity or parental leave and formulate measures, which could lead to an improvement of their position. In the introduction is discussed the development of the women's situation in Czech society, characteristics risks of the labor market for women with children and current support of women-mothers at the labor market. The core of the practical part is the analysis of family policy instruments to simplify women's return from parental leave to the labor market, analysis of financial support from the European Union and support from employers in the context of corporate social responsibility. There is compared current family policy in the Czech Republic and in other European country - France.

DOG IN HUMAN´S LIFE

The basic research problem of this thesis was to investigate the relationship between living with a dog and its influence on submissiveness, emotionality and hostility of an adolescent. For the practical part of this thesis a quantitative type of research was chosen and specifically, a comparative study that aimed to compare the group of respondents growing up with a dog to the group growing up without a dog. The three main hypotheses were based on various authors´ statements mentioned in the theoretical part (H1: Adolescents growing up in a family with a dog are manifested by lower hostility, H2: Adolescents growing up in a family with a dog have higher self-esteem, H3: Adolescents growing up in a family with a dog better control their emotions). To select the research sample the method of random and criteria selection was used. The research sample included 104 respondents. For data collection a standardized Bell´s adaptability questionnaire was used, which was administered in an online form. Based on statistical analysis all three hypotheses were disproved. For hypothesis H2 and H3 the statistical significance could not be demonstrated between the two groups of respondents. For the hypothesis H1 the opposite of its claim (adolescents growing up without the dog showed less hostility) was confirmed statistically. This hypothesis was therefore also disproved.

Current trends in the czech insurance market

The thesis deals with current trends in insurance. The aim of the thesis is to find and analyse the development trends, which has affected the insurance market the most in the last years. The first part is defined by the evolution of Czech insurance market in terms of premiums written. The next two chapters are devoted to trends in non-life and life insurance and trends in motor vehicle insurance. For non-life insurance, the development of catastrophic events, and as a result of the increasing importance of alternative instruments of risk. The chapter on trends in life insurance is about one-off and regular insurance policies, as well as the decision of the Court of Justice of the EU ban on sex discrimination in the calculation of insurance premiums and administration including creation of insurance for women only. The last chapter deals with the new Solvency II regulatory concept. Explaining his goals, three pillars, as well as the Lamfalussy legislative process, according to which it is created. In conclusion, there are also evaluated its effects.

Life insurance and its role in financing living.

This work is devoted of meaning life insurance in financing living. In introduction is circumscribed history and present of life insurance. Next part deal with capital and capital life insurance. In both performances is approached principle of their behaviour, contentual page and way estimation intermediate agents. Further are foreshadoweds benefits and disavantages single performances and their mutual comparison. Close work survey on mortgage credit, that are first generally circumscribed and after is out of print of mortgage in combination with capital or capital life insurance.
