The purpose of bachelor thesis is elaboration of financial analysis and short -- term financial plan of the company SOR Libchavy, Ltd. based on publicly available information. SOR Libchavy, Ltd. focuses on manufacturing, reparation of intercity and long distance buses. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part presents financial analysis from methodical point of view, which particularly means technical and methodical instruments of financial analysis. The second part concerns sector analysis and financial analysis of the company as the next part deals with a strategic analysis and SWOT analysis together with comparison with the main competitors. In the last section is presented company's short-term financial plan for the year 2013.

The aim and the content of the Bachelor's thesis are financial analysis and financial plan of the company Greensoft s.r.o. Financial results are analysed from 2008 to 2012, whereas necessary data and information are drawn especially from annual reports and management that has afforded me valuable details to construct the financial plan. The thesis is divided into main four parts and begins with an initiative methodological part where the main formulas and financial indicators are mentioned and explained. The second part is practical and analytic. The indicators and formulas mentioned before are applied there and compared on the base of strategic analysis company economy with its main competitor in the Czech market -- IFS Czech s.r.o. Afterwards follows last but one part of the thesis -- short-term financial plan. There is a prediction of the company situation in 2014. The conclusion contains realistic reflecting of done financial analysis and company economy during the economic crisis even its potential for the future.

Financial analysis of Madeta, a. s.

The aim of this thesis was to carry out financial analysis and examine the financial health of the company Madeta and as a company where they stand in terms of return over in the observation period 2010-2013. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is methodological, where I define various financial indicators, with them I am working in the application part. The second part is the application part, where I perform financial analysis and the results are compared with competing company Danone. By financial analysis was found out, that crisis in dairy industry had influence on all the indicators of Madeta. Therefore Madeta cut the costs, restructured production and had to discharge a large number of employees. In 2013 Madeta reached positive indicator values, therefore we can assume that the company got over the crisis in health.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to perform financial and strategic analysis of the company Diama s.r.o. during years 2008-2012. This thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical and introduces methods of financial and strategic analysis. In the second part, which is called practical, is whole financial and strategic analysis performed and it is based on the knowledge of the theoretical part. The conclusion summarizes the results and assesses the company's future prospects.

Financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o.

Annotation Aim of this thesis was to do a financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company and to compare its results with three rival companies. The analysis concerned period from 2006 to 2010 during which time the thesis tried to discover unexpected, interesting or just significant changes in structure of assets and liabilities and profit and loss statement according to availability of internal information of the company. Internal information was gained especially from accountant also several meetings with owner of the company were realized. Results of the financial analysis were found satisfactory. The thesis consists of four basic parts. The first part dealt with methodology of financial analysis indicators calculation. In the second part financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company for the whole observed period was done and its results were commented. In the third part the results of financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company were compared with chosen competitors. This comparison was made based on selected indicators of the financial analysis. In the last part the results of the analysis and comparison were briefly reviewed, after which a suggestion for future successful functioning of Servis Černý s.r.o. company was outlined.

Financial analysis and financial plan for TERMOSONDY Kladno, spol. s r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company TERMOSONDY Kladno, Ltd. and to outline its future development. This work focuses itself on processing financial management data of the company from the years 2003 -- 2011. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part represents methodical basis, primarily the delimitation of indicators used for the financial analysis. The second more extensive part consists of a characteristics of the company inspected and ratio indicators and models of financial analysis of specific data are applied. The computed values are compared with those of companies running business in the same field abroad. A short-term financial plan for the company for the year 2012 is drawn up in the concluding part of the work, which consists of a planned statement of profit and loss and a planned balance sheet.

The financial analysis of Alligard Company

The main goal of the bachelor's work is to carry out a financial analysis of Alligard Company for the years 2006 -- 2010, evaluate its financial situation and compare the results of the analysis with average values in the field. The bachelor's work is divided into methodical and practical part. In the first part, I introduce formulas used in calculations in the second part where the actual analysis is carried out and the results are compared with already existing analyses in the field. In addition, charts and graphs are used for better presentation of the findings. Finally, the summarized findings are interpreted and compared with the assumption made in the introduction of the bachelor's work.

Financial analysis and financial plan of Vodňanská drůbež, a.s.

In this bachelor's thesis, in which a company named Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. is analyzed, is being discussed the evaluation of its financial health during the years 2006 and 2011 and the result of it is outlining of financial plan for the year 2012. The company does business in area of the "Wholesale of meat and meat products". The ratios and their pyramidal decompositions are used for financial analysis in the thesis and the bankruptcy and financial standing models are applied to the company. Whereas the company went through merger in the year 2010, it was proper to analyze advantage or disadvantage of the merger and also to compare the results of analyzed company with results, which arose by the sum of merging companies in monitored years. It was needed to find a similar company to draw a comparison thereby to determine economic stability of the analyzed company. The second part of the bachelor's thesis was focused on one-year financial plan, which was based on the values of 2010 and 2011, i.e. the years after merger. Due to working out this thesis I found out the results of the company were negatively affected by many events that happened during the years. Nevertheless the company showed more satisfying values than the companies involved in a merger. In opposite, the competitive company does its business better than the analyzed one.
