Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provést finanční analýzu společnosti TERMOSONDY Kladno, spol. s r.o. a nastínit její budoucí vývoj. Tato práce se zaměřuje na zpracování údajů o finančním řízení společnosti v období let 2003 - 2011. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První představuje metodický základ, především vymezení ukazatelů použitých při finanční analýze. Druhá rozsáhlejší část se skládá z charakteristiky zkoumané společnosti a aplikují se zde poměrové ukazatele a modely finanční analýzy na konkrétní data. Vypočtené hodnoty porovnávám se společnostmi podnikajícími ve stejném oboru v zahraničí. V závěru práce je sestaven krátkodobý finanční plán společnosti na rok 2012, který se skládá z plánovaného výkazu zisku a ztráty a plánované rozvahy. The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company TERMOSONDY Kladno, Ltd. and to outline its future development. This work focuses itself on processing financial management data of the company from the years 2003 -- 2011. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part represents methodical basis, primarily the delimitation of indicators used for the financial analysis. The second more extensive part consists of a characteristics of the company inspected and ratio indicators and models of financial analysis of specific data are applied. The computed values are compared with those of companies running business in the same field abroad. A short-term financial plan for the company for the year 2012 is drawn up in the concluding part of the work, which consists of a planned statement of profit and loss and a planned balance sheet.
