[cze][eng] Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat finanční analýzu a krátkodobý finanční plán společnosti SOR Libchavy spol. s r. o., při hodnocení této společnosti jsou použity veřejně dostupné informace. SOR Libchavy spol. s r. o. se zabývá výrobou a opravou městských, meziměstských a dálkových autobusů. Bakalářská práce se skládá z 3 částí, v první části je vymezena metodika finanční analýzy, jedná se zejména o technické a metodické nástroje finanční analýzy. Druhá aplikační část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a analytické zhodnocení společnosti. Následuje strategická analýza, kde je zmíněna SWOT analýza a porovnání konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Na závěr je sestaven krátkodobý finanční plán na rok 2013.The purpose of bachelor thesis is elaboration of financial analysis and short -- term financial plan of the company SOR Libchavy, Ltd. based on publicly available information. SOR Libchavy, Ltd. focuses on manufacturing, reparation of intercity and long distance buses. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part presents financial analysis from methodical point of view, which particularly means technical and methodical instruments of financial analysis. The second part concerns sector analysis and financial analysis of the company as the next part deals with a strategic analysis and SWOT analysis together with comparison with the main competitors. In the last section is presented company's short-term financial plan for the year 2013.
