Obsahem a zároveň cílem bakalářské práce je finanční analýza a finanční plán podniku Greensoft, s.r.o. Důraz je zde kladen na hospodaření firmy mezi lety 2008 až 2012, přičemž potřebné údaje a informace jsou čerpány především z účetních závěrek a v neposlední řadě přímo od vedení podniku, které poskytlo cenné podklady ke zpracování finančního plánu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. Prvním bodem práce je úvodní metodická část, ve které jsou vysvětleny hlavní vzorce a ekonomické ukazatele, které budou využity v praktické části. Druhá je část praktická resp. analytická. Zde se aplikují již zmiňované vzorce a zároveň je porovnáno na základě strategické analýzy hospodaření firmy s jejím hlavním konkurentem tj. IFS Czech s.r.o. Následuje předposlední část práce -- krátkodobý finanční plán. V něm je nastíněna predikce stavu podniku za rok 2014. Závěr obsahuje faktický odraz provedené finanční analýzy, jak si firma vedla v období hospodářské krize i jaký je její potenciál do budoucna. The aim and the content of the Bachelor's thesis are financial analysis and financial plan of the company Greensoft s.r.o. Financial results are analysed from 2008 to 2012, whereas necessary data and information are drawn especially from annual reports and management that has afforded me valuable details to construct the financial plan. The thesis is divided into main four parts and begins with an initiative methodological part where the main formulas and financial indicators are mentioned and explained. The second part is practical and analytic. The indicators and formulas mentioned before are applied there and compared on the base of strategic analysis company economy with its main competitor in the Czech market -- IFS Czech s.r.o. Afterwards follows last but one part of the thesis -- short-term financial plan. There is a prediction of the company situation in 2014. The conclusion contains realistic reflecting of done financial analysis and company economy during the economic crisis even its potential for the future.
