Cílem této práce bylo provést finanční analýzu podniku Servis Černý s.r.o. a porovnání jejích výsledků se třemi konkurenčními společnostmi. Analýza se zabývala obdobím od roku 2006 do roku 2010, přičemž se práce díky dostupnosti interních informací z firmy snažila objasnit neočekávané, zajímavé nebo jen výrazné změny ve struktuře aktiv, pasiv a ve výkazů zisku a ztráty. Interní informace byly získávány především od účetní a bylo realizováno i několik schůzek s majitelem firmy. Výsledky finanční analýzy byly shledány uspokojivými. Práce se skládá ze čtyř základních částí. První část se zabývala metodikou výpočtu ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V druhé části byla provedena finanční analýza podniku Servis Černý s.r.o. za celé sledované období a její výsledky okomentovány. Ve třetí části byly výsledky finanční analýzy podniku Servis Černý s.r.o. porovnány s vybranými konkurenty. Toto porovnání bylo provedeno na základě vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V poslední části byly výsledky analýzy a komparace stručně zhodnoceny, načež bylo nastíněno doporučení pro budoucí úspěšné fungování podniku Servis Černý s.r.o. Annotation Aim of this thesis was to do a financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company and to compare its results with three rival companies. The analysis concerned period from 2006 to 2010 during which time the thesis tried to discover unexpected, interesting or just significant changes in structure of assets and liabilities and profit and loss statement according to availability of internal information of the company. Internal information was gained especially from accountant also several meetings with owner of the company were realized. Results of the financial analysis were found satisfactory. The thesis consists of four basic parts. The first part dealt with methodology of financial analysis indicators calculation. In the second part financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company for the whole observed period was done and its results were commented. In the third part the results of financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company were compared with chosen competitors. This comparison was made based on selected indicators of the financial analysis. In the last part the results of the analysis and comparison were briefly reviewed, after which a suggestion for future successful functioning of Servis Černý s.r.o. company was outlined.
