Comparison of the histochemical results of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the breast, ovaries or uterus tumours.
Urbanová, Štěpánka ; Kovařík, Miroslav (advisor) ; Dvořák, Josef (referee)
6 1.2. Souhrn v anglickém jazyce This thesis deals with usage of cell tumour markers for identification of appropriate treatment of breast carcinoma. We focused primarily on the dependence of marker values on pantients' age. The theoretical part of the thesis contains all theory necessary for the practical part. First, we explained the definition of tumour markers and especially we described so called cell markers, i.e. ER, PR and HER2/neu which we examined in the practical part. Then we described the recommended treatment in dependence on marker values. Subsequently there is a description of methods for taking of cancer tissue for analysis because samples tested in the practical part are taken by different methods. In the end we described basics of testing of statistical significance and especially Wilcoxon rank-sum test. In the practical part we analysed the values of cell markers of tissues which were taken in a hospital in Jihlava between 2000 and 2007. First we checked development of the results during the time (since the foundation of the lab). With respect to the fact that the results differed depending on the used chemicals, we used for the subsequent analysis data from a reduced time period in which the results were most stable. Then we used those data for the analysis of dependence of markers on...

Dvořák, Josef ; Čáslavová, Eva (advisor) ; Voráček, Josef (referee)
Marketing research of reasons of companies to sports sponzorship in times of economic crisis Objectives: The aim of this work is using marketing research to determine how reasons of companies to sports sponsorship are changed in times of economic crisis. In assessing the reason of companies we observe whether size and regional focus of the company have an impact on sports sponsorship. Work shows differences in sponsorship of sport before the crisis and during crisis. Methods: Gain of necessary information has been made by questionnaire. Questionnaires were sent by emails to participated companies. Results: Financial crisis didn't touched sport branch so much how it was expected. Results show that companies sponsored more sport branches than in past. This doesn't mean there were more financial resources in sport. For smaller companies amount of money increased in percent for sponsoring, but for bigger companies is situation opposite. We can say just the same in absolute amount also. It's thus possible that sport gained less financial resources during financial crisis, because degradation affected bigger companies. We can say smaller companies were hit by crises in smaller extent than bigger companies. Key words: marketing communication, communication mix, sponsorship, sports advertising,...
Influence of social politics on fertility rate in specific regions of Czech republic
Dvořák, Josef ; Melzochová, Jitka (advisor) ; Babin, Jan (referee)
Thesis is focused on relationship between fertility rate and tools of state support. The goal is to reveal relationship between these two factors. Partial goal is to discover specific effects of tools of state support in specific regions of Czech republic. I have aimed on research at national level and also specific regions between years 1993-2014. In order to find these relationships I used method that compares differences in development of the fertility rate. After that, I set up regression model solved by method called fixed effects. For specific regions analysis was used OLS method. Model was able to explain more than 80 % of variability. This results can be used for predicting of citizens behavior, when some changes in family allowances occurs. Main finding is, that most motivating tools are parenting allowances and child benefits.
Transformation of Sacrifice in the Scripture. Theology of Sacrifice.
DVOŘÁK, Josef
Diachronic comparison of three political and religious systems of three independent geographical areas (ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Syria Palestine) with the faith of ancient Israel shows certain aspects important for the kerygmatic theological message of Tanach as well as the New Testament. Significance of the king, priest, prophet, and religious ceremonies in the temple is derived from their specific understanding of the divine. However, their religious systems completely lack (with the exception of Israel) eschatology. The message about the transcendent/immanent God Lord (Jesus' Father) is impossible to reconstruct from the available sources through diachronic methodology. Furthermore it cannot be understood as a mere result of religious synchronic redefinition of the Scriptures. The New Testament transforms the Old Testament religious system to narrative kerygma about the sacrifice of both Father and Son. It speaks about the Risen Lord, who is able to reconcile God with his adherent. Such a message is unheard of (unexpected) in the Second Temple Judaism. Even the Church Fathers do not interpret Christ's conscious ebed-like sacrifice along the lines of the ritual forgiveness of the OT. Based on the scholarly analyses from the proponents of the so called Prague school, as well as those coming from theologians stressing the paradigm of biblical interpretation through the event of resurrection, this dissertation concluded in the subject matter of soteriological transformation of the sacrifice the following: Agnus Dei, with his crucifixion being a ritual slaughter, founds the new community through his own Pasch, which has also the futuristic (eschatological) aspect both in the NT and in the faith of the early Church. The meaning of this sacrifice will be actualized in 'drinking of the chalice' by the Lord Jesus with the resurrected Church in the coming new Creation. Thus, the Eucharist becomes a unique 'cultic' homage (Temple ceremony) through existential acceptance of the risen Lord. The same concept can be found at the heart of the Patristic thinking (inclusive paradigm of Christ's sacrifice, that is Christian obedience even unto death) . The Fathers understood the sacrifice as means of overcoming alienation from God by metamorphosis of one's life based on Christ's sacrifice not to God, but to people. Such a sacrifice is life-giving activity of the Lord God himself and is able to renew the life of God's people and make them heirs to the eternal life.
Analýza produkčních ukazatelů u jatečných prasat ve vybraném podniku
DVOŘÁK, Josef
The aim of the thesis was to characterize the growth, fattening performance and carcass value of pigs and the factors which influence them. The attention was devoted to classification of pig carcasses in SEUROP system. There were observed feeding parameters of 20 batches from January 2014 to April 2015. The average quantity of pigs in one batch was 471.3 heads. The average initial weight was 26.9 kg, the average period of fattening lasted 106.7 days, the average slaughter weight was 112.7 kg, the average daily weight gain was achieved 0.81 kg/head/day, the average consumption of complete feed mixture for 1 fattening day was 2.19 kg, the average consumption of complete feed mixture of 1 kg weight gain was 2.72 kg, the average loss caused by mortality during the fattening course was 2.26%. There were used 2 737 of carcasses in the following experiment. The pigs were slaughtered in slaughterhouse A and in slaughterhouse B. The average carcass weight was 89.2 kg. The average lean meat content was estimated at 57.7%. In the class S there were classified 446 carcasses (16.3%) with an average lean meat content of 61.3%, in the class E there were classified 1 870 carcasses (68.3%) with an average lean meat content of 57.9%, and in the class U there were classified 421 carcasses (15.4%) with an average lean meat content of 53.5%. It was shown that in case of increasing the carcass weight of 1 kg, the lean meat content was reduced by 0,12 %.

Dvořák, Josef ; Suk, Ladislav (referee) ; Martinec, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis focuses on comparison of the original and the new solutions of cooling water circuit of the York cooling units for the purpose of cooling water flow increase for the absorption units in the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The individual parts of the cooling units that were changed and modified within a reconstruction are described here. The aim of the work is also to process and compare the original and the new solutions of the cooling units and the cold source station from the available measured data. The data are processed into illustrative graphs and tables. Based on the obtained data we can observe the changes achieved by the reconstruction that have affected the effectiveness of the cooling units.
