Bárta, Vladimír ; Musil, Michal (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This work deals with the measurement of electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of gel polymer electrolyte containing Lithium ion and their preparation. The theoretical part deals with the development of gel polymer electrolyte, their use and methods of measurement of electrical conductivity and mechanical properties. In the experimental part describes the preparation of gel electrolyte, the measurement of electrical conductivity, temperature dependence and the measurement of mechanical properties.
Slab bridge over the Lužnice River
Bárta, Vojtěch ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to design a slab bridge over the Lužnice river. The bridge consists of a one span. Implementation was designed in three studies, of which is developed in detail the study of prestressed monolithic slab. To create a static model and to calculate the internal forces is used Scia Engineer 2012. The assessment is processed manually according to European standards. Losses of preload are estimated, the effect of shrinkage and creep is neglected.
Impact of Word-of-Mouth Marketing and Viral Marketing on Continuous and Discontinuous Technological Innovation
Staroveský, Přemysl ; Koudelka, Jan (advisor) ; Bárta, Vladimír (referee) ; Pichanič, Mikuláš (referee)
The thesis summarizes existing mathematical models for discontinuous innovation diffusion and differences vs. continuous innovation. It describes and analyzes what the difference between WOM marketing and viral is. It evaluates existing mathematical models for information spreading through viral marketing and analyze why successful viral marketing remains rare case. Analyze which marketing messages do spread virally and depict major reasons why.

Theatre and Madness (Madman as dramatic Image and social Role)
Bárta, Vojtěch ; Vinař, Josef (advisor) ; Pilátová, Jana (referee)
A master thesis Theatre and Madness ? Madman as a Dramatic Image and as a Social Role is exploring changing images of Madman´s image in theatre and drama of western culture, from antic to the modern ages and in relationship to historical, social and cultural contexts. The goal of the thesis is not the complexity of the research. The thesis is merely interested in selected chapters of theatre tradition, that are partially corresponding with personal creative background, particularly with dramaturgy of a John Webster´s play ?The Duchess of Malfi? in Theatre Disk. The work is aspiring for searching and gaining consciousness of roots of this archetypal image, which is standing at a beginning of theatre creation and represents its deep source and possible danger. This image is intended to be magically fulfilled and overreached by its description.

Bárta, Vojtěch ; Ullrichová, Daria (advisor) ; Kudláčková, Jana (referee)
A thesis Chekhov´s The Three Sisters and its contemporary generational perception (possibilities and difficulties of interpretation) is based on dramaturgical analysis of Chekhov´s play and on research of possibilities of its staging. Text of the play has been confronted with two contemporary Czech productions. Similarity in tending to update Three sisters to conditions of the Czechoslovak normalization era has been observed. Although, in dramaturgical interpretation of the play, significant differences have been found. To the interpretation of Chekhovian drama, author offers his own point of view, through optics of so-called Generation X.

Doktorská práce se zaměřuje na podnikatelské klima v zemích procházejících transformací s konkrétním zaměřením na Českou republiku a její srovnání vůči Švýcarsku. Metodou grounded theory porovnává možnosti zakládání nových akademických spin-off v obou zemích a hodnotí klíčové faktory v dané oblasti. Práce se opírá o rozsáhlý soubor literatury stejně jako o vlastní výzkum.
Impacts of the EU structural and regional policy on the Czech economy and assessment of the impacts in the context of experience of selected member states
Vondrák, David ; Bárta, Vladimír (advisor) ; Wokoun, René (referee) ; Kalínská, Emílie (referee) ; Urban, Luděk (referee)
This work focuses on evaluation of possible impacts of structural and regional EU policy applied in the Czech Republic. Besides preliminary assessment of the use of economic, social and territorial cohesion policy in the Czech Republic, its aim is to put our national specific approach in the context of the whole European Union. It required not only a general appraisal of single priorities but also direct comparison with impacts of similar measures on the economies of the EU in the past. For this objective, an important part of the work consists in four case studies, analysing the application and impacts of the EU cohesion policy instruments in cohesion countries (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ireland) since the first programming period 1989--1993 until the current period 2007--2013. With respect to the starting point of these economies and societies I would consider the convergence process to the EU relatively successful. Nevertheless, there are some important differences in the use and impact of the cohesion policy in these four member states. The results show that the impact of the Structural Funds in Spain has been quite sizeable in terms of its contribution to the economic growth and reduction of unemployment. Spain as a whole is approaching the EU average in most of the economic indicators. The convergence of the Portugal economy was markedly less substantial and the disparities increased on the regional level. The significant side effect of spending of Structural Funds in Greece consists mainly in the improvement of the institutional framework and strategic planning. The Irish example points to the importance of using the assistance rather for public goods than for supporting the private sector. The Czech Republic should take an example from this experience. Effects of the EU cohesion policy on the domestic economy could be very significant -- not only for a short-term but also for a long-term perspective. However, it is necessary to be aware of the fact that we are still talking about possible impacts, whose real successful fulfilment depends on individual participants -- whether on the strategic or the final beneficiaries levels.
Possibilities of care of children with deep developmental disabilities and possibilities of their education in the social welfare institution of the centre ARPIDA, o.s.
BÁRTA, Václav
This bachelor work is focused on possibilities of a care for children with the profound mental retardation and possibilities of their education in the daily social welfare institution at ARPIDA Centre in České Budějovice. The aim was to chart and evaluate practicable ways of the care, upbringing and education of these children and to judge their effectiveness and meaningfulness. The education of the children with the profound mental retardation is carried out under § 42 of Education Act No. 561/2004 of Collection of Laws, which provides that the form of the education should correspond to psychical and physical possibilities of the children. The education of the children with the profound mental retardation is carried out under an individual educational plan, which takes into account the character and the degree of the disablement of the child and the possibilities of his future development. Specifically provided objectives and methods also play an important role in the education of the children with the profound mental retardation. An important element in the care for children with the profound mental retardation is a multidisciplinary comprehensive system of rehabilitation using medical, social, pedagogical and working means. It is especially aimed at a mitigation of disability effects, but also at an integration of the disabled person in the society.
