Elementary art schools directors typology from the point of view of their self concept

The thesis deals with the exploration and deeper understanding of the problems of relations personality typology and style of management of executives in the Czech education system, ie directors, from the perspective of self-concept. The purpose is to ascertain existence of a relationship between personality characteristics and the manner of school management. What typology director of the Czech education system can be considered effective in relation to the management of educational institutions such as the Czech school and whether this environment calls for a new, own typology. Based on the theoretical background and knowledge dealing with the personality and different theories about its typology, managerial approach to the school principal in the Czech Republic, management styles, the typology of the existence of related areas. The survey will be a combination of forms, in the form of a questionnaire in the form of semi-structured interviews. The basic research sample are directors of art schools of the Czech Republic.
Current labor law jurisprudence of the Supreme Court in the Czech Republic and its impact on regional education system

Thesis deals with the case law of the Supreme Court in labor law with an impact on regional education. The Supreme Court is the supreme authority of the general court system in the country. The main mission of the Supreme Court is to ensure the unity and legality of court decisions, which is carried out through the adoption of a position on judicial decision-making. Attention is devoted to the analysis of individual legal cases in the field of regional education. Role of study abroad for future teachers

(in English): The master's thesis The Role of Studying Abroad for Future Teachers deals with the impact of an international study visit on prospective teachers and identifies areas of their professional training which can be affected most. The theoretical part of the thesis expands on studying abroad and the Erasmus Programme. It also deals with the teacher's personality, their competencies and pedagogical skills. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to specific international study visits within selected academic fields; it also analyses the respective study plans and estimates the extent of their possible influence on future teachers.
Application options of the Concept of age management for different types of schools in Prague

This thesis is following up a concept of diversity management, in great detail we are talking here about age management, which is human resources management with respect to age and ability of the employee. The theoretical part deals with management of diversity in work teams, defines age management as the possibility of adapting the organization to the needs of aging employees. Highlights the demographic development of the society, bringing us near to age spread of the teachers in schools in the Czech Republic. The empirical part describes in detail the age management tools as suitable instrument for adapting the working conditions for the employees of age 50+. It contains three sub-surveys in three kindergartens, three Primary Schools and three Elementary Art Schools in Prague. Based on semi-structured interviews with the directors and also on answering questionnaires about the age management and the utilization of its tools in between the group of pedagogues of age 50+ and the group of operational staff of age 50+ at the surveyed schools compares the possibility of introducing the instruments of the age management to schools with needs of employees of age 50+. Trends in the leisure education

This diploma thesis deals with current conditions of individual types of the interest education organisations and differences between them within the selected topic. It determines strategies of these organisations and how these strategies will change in the future. The thesis is to find specifics within this type of education. The aim is the analysiss of the current state and development of the free time activities in particular types of organisations. In the theoretical part it is defined what the free time and out-of-school education are. The interest education is defined too, especially the terminology connected with that - types, functions, goals, conditions and methodology. The system of the out-of-school education is described in relation to the age of the child and its particular free time activities and the types of interest education organisations are compared with one another. The directors of free time activity centres, children and youth centres, afterschool clubs and managers of other non-profit organisations have been interviewed to make the list of possible types of institutions and to describe their future development and issues they are dealing with, ways of financing and the education of the children with special educational needs. Priorities of education and development of pedagogical staff in the kindergartens of Central Bohemia region

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the priorities of education and development of pedagogical staff in kindergartens of the Central Bohemian region. The theoretical part consists of definition of key words followed by the analysis of state educational dokuments which are divided into strategic, curricular and legislative. In this analysis, the indexed terms and priorities of each document are described. The outputs are given in the end of the chapter. Following part is devoted to the strategy of staff management with identification and analysis of educational needs, plan of education, its realization and assessment. The practical part contains methods of questionnaire survey. The survey is given to teachers and directors of kindergartens in Central Bohemia who summarize their own priorities in education. The analysis of documents of eight selected Central Bohemian kindergartens deals with the individual strategies of management of pedagogical staff education. Also, the semi- structured interviews with the school directors were carried out. Finally, the thesis offers several recommendations which are based on the research. Interconnectedness of the personnel work with the strategy of the organization (The leisure time centres in the Czech Republic)

Strategic human resource management is an approach that is closely related to the strategic organizational management, thus it is in accordance with the given objectives and goals of the organization leading to its permanent development and efficiency as a whole. The diploma work aims to find out whether the leisure time centres in the Czech Republic are in terms of human resources managed strategically. The theoretical part of the diploma work defines the terms concerning personnel activities and strategic organizational management in the context of specifications of an educational institution like a leisure time centre and/or similar one. The research deals with the interconnection between the personnel activity performance in an organization and an organizational strategy. Further on, it discloses aspects and features of the strategic human resource management in a leisure time centre and/or organizations of a similar type. It also focuses on possible agreement between the human resource management policies in the investigated organizations and the chosen human resource management models.
