The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new remuneration system for the business entity XY. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part explains the general theory and important concepts. The practical part analyses the current remuneration system, the economic situation and the influencing factors of the remuneration system. The last part deals with the design of a new remuneration system for employees.

Práca sa skladá z troch hlavných častí. Prvá kapitola vysvetľuje teoretické východiská projektového riadenia. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na analýzu súčasného stavu organizácie a pozadia predchádzajúceho ročníka konferencie s popisom problémov, ktoré sa vyskytli. Posledná časť práce obsahuje návrhy riešení a ich prínos pre projekt a organizáciu z dlhodobého hľadiska.

The thesis describes the process of evaluating internet domains for the purpose of automating the registration process. The set of measured results is used to support the managerial decision-making of XYZ company, utilizing advanced decision-making methods in the creation of the model. The model is developed using two programming environments, namely MS Excel and MATLAB. The decision-making tool fully corresponds to the current needs of the automation team, and the output is a final recommendation for the selection of suitable internet domains.

Proposal of Investment Portfolio of Qualified Investors Fund

The diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of European joint stock companies in the pharmaceutical sector in order to expand the investment portfolio of a field-oriented fund of qualified investors. Selected companies are subjected to financial analysis by selected ratios. Based on these data, they are compared with each other by the method of intercompany comparison according to specified weights and verified in terms of their possible bankruptcy. With the help of these outputs, a proposal to expand the fund's investment portfolio is subsequently formulated.

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the possibilities of lending entrepreneurial subject by business credit by selected banking and non-banking institutions. The individual options are compared on the basis of the analysis of offers from selected institutions with competence on the Czech financial market according to the preferences of the company management. The most suitable external financing options will be recommended for the company.

This work is divided in four parts first deal with components setting in vehicles and summarising differences, second part focus on components as electromotor, accumulators, third part focus on charging and refiling fuels and fourth deal with possibility of spreading charging stations in Czech Republic.

Self-loading trailer for the round balers

This thesis deals with the conceptual solution of self-loading container on straw bales. It is the issue of these machines' distribution according to specified criteria at the beginning. Research part follows with describing the individual components cosequently included in the conceptual design. The third point is the design of the solution itself and its rationale. There are itemized individual structural components and visualization. The last part contains strength calculations for structural nodes.

Brand image and identity of Mercedes-Benz

The thesis is focused on a brand perception of Mercedes-Benz in the Czech market. The theoretical part describes the terminology related to the concept of brand image and identity. The practical part includes an analysis of data obtained from MML-TGI and from own research, which seeks to reveal the identity or inaccuracies in the perception of image and brand identity. Displays the actual image of Mercedes-Benz and also determines whether there is a refutation of prejudices about the brand Mercedes-Benz that exist in the Czech Republic.
