Evaluation of marketing communication for hotel Klášter Teplá

The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the instruments of the marketing communication in the hotel and to develop the suggestions for its improvement. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledges about the marketing and marketing services. It is based on the study of secondary data. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current instruments in the marketing communication. The results of the analysis are the recommendations for its improvement and the efficiency that should lead to increase the occupancy and improve the whole economic situation of the hotel. There are the implements suggested to be used by the hotel management at the end of thesis.
Systems evaluating services providing in a hotel

This bachelor thesis deals with a system of evaluation of providing services in a hotel. The theoretical part was written largely on the basis of the related literature, as well as internet resources. In the theoretical part explains term such as tourism, accommodation service, quality of services and possible control of these aspects. The main part is focused especially on the Hotel Leonardo Praha. In this part the services that are provided by the hotel are introduces as well as organization structure, current stadium of controlling which is supported by customer feedback. Based on the information by Hotel Leonardo Praha and knowledge of tourism issues the thesis suggests several acts that lead to an improvement in the reputation of the hotel on the market thanks to improvement of communication with customers, self-control of the services and better processing of gained information.
Risk Management in Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the process of risk management in the company Taylor McCoy, s.r.o. dealing with information security. The main target of this thesis is based on document analysis and qualitative research to describe and evaluate the risk management process in the selected company and in case of deficiencies found to propose acceptable measures. The work is divided into two basic parts. The theoretical part is processed based on the study of norms and standards of risk management likewise study of technical literature on the theme of risk management process with a focus on information security. The practical part is focused on the description and evaluation of the current status of the risk management in the selected company. In the end of this bachelor thesis are suggested possible measures to improve deficiencies found, which were discussed and submitted by management of the company.
Possibilities of Using the Six Sigma Method in a Company

Nowadays, business philosophy or methodology called Six Sigma is considered to be one of the leading tools of quality management. This bachelor thesis is focused on the description and practical demonstration of this methodology. Theoretical part of this thesis describes three different approaches to this methodology which can be understood as a tool of defects measurement, management system or methodology of continual improvement. The essential factor of Six Sigma philosophy is teamwork. This bachelor thesis concisely describes the main roles of the team members and their responsibilities. The key element of this thesis is the description of DMAIC model and its phases, outputs and tools used. Besides this, basic information about DMADV model which is used to design new processes can be found here. The practical part of this thesis describes the implementation of e-shop conversion rate increase project in the company Delmas s.r.o. The data on which the project is based are collected through quantitative and qualitative analysis, interview and company documentation analysis. Using the model DMAIC the data are transformed into the solution which is tested and implemented afterwards. The final part of this thesis summarizes the results of this project, its economical impact and future recommendations.
Negative Influences of Spindle Vibrations

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the vibration measuring of the spindle no.1 of the machine tool STRATOS. The vibrations have a fundamental impact both on the machining process and on the observance of a prescribed tolerance. This thesis also treats the accelerometers function principles, namely of the piezoelectric and piezoresistive ones. The aim of the research is to collect the data needed for the proposition of a suitable monitoring mechanism which will monitor the condition of the machining spindle. The thesis also includes a prototypal protocol about the measuring procedure, its achieved results, and graphs. The issue analysis is conceived to the effect that it is applicable for the realization of the monitoring mechanism which will be part of the process and will show the actual state and the condition of the spindle.
Choisen problems of the consumer protection
