Pekníková, Marcela ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Reichel, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis talks about motivational program in organization. However, at the beginning I took an opportunity to summarize a history of organizational management and a history of the human resources management in organizations to be able to briefly introduce the development of individual approaches in each of the named areas as well as to point out a dramatic shift in terms of viewing people in organizations. It brings once again a confirmation of people being a critical success factor for the organizations. Therefore they should be viewed as a capital which requires further care and development. If we can admit this, then the next theme to discuss in this paper is the work motivation theme. In this respect I offer a summary of selected distinguished work motivation theories. Women in leading positions
