Theme of thesis is "Personal skills as a part of P. S. E. - the topics primary prevention of addiction. This work is focused on the use of personal skills of P. S. E. in primary prevention of drug abuse performed in school education. The theoretical part describes P. S. E. as a cross-subject in the Frame Educational Programme for elemantary school, further defines theoretical knowledge of personal skills. the theoretical part is targeted on personal development, primary prevention of drug abuse and addictions. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes teaching methods used in prevention programmEs. The aim of the research part is to investigate, whether lectors and teachers use personal skills in a schoolbased drug prevention and how. The research attention is focused on schools in Prague.

It monitors the process of origination and progress of substance addiction. It illustrates possibilities of treatment in individual phases of the addiction process. It introduces a concrete treatment program targeted on adolescent drug abusers. Practical part describes five individual cases of adolescent drug abusers, examines causes of substance abuse in each of them and characterizes individual treatment approach based on them.

The family of a problem adolescent drog user and the feasibilities of its inducement

Práce definuje základní pojmy týkající se tématu závislostí a vymezuje je vzhledem k rodině a vývojové fázi dospívání. V druhé kapitole zkoumá možné faktory vedoucí k drogové závislosti, ve třetí pak odlišuje rodinu funkční a dysfunkční a konkretizuje jednotlivá časová období, rozdělení rolí a možné scénáře počátků, rozvoje a plného propuknutí závislosti vzhledem ke vztahům v rodině a rolím v "rodinném dramatu". Čtvrtá kapitola nastiňuje okolnosti, možnosti a mantinely rodinné terapie a shrnuje hlavní odborné přístupy k léčení drogově závislých.

Education towards respect to the elderly

We have been on the threshold of 21 century, where the structure of population is to be changed because of the decrease in natality, longer life expectancy and increase in number of advanced age people. For the first time in humankind history there are going to be four age categories, which have not realised their mutual roles yet. Contemporary family has been changing its structure and mutual family relationships. The state has taken control of some family functions so senior population has released its juniors from duties and the middle age generation neither feel the responsibility to prepare for their own old age or induce their children to respect the great age. There is a character of current society of hard individualism, the wish to get graduated, having their own life styles. The ability to understand people his or her need to live with somebody has disappeared. Hence it is quite difficult to achieve good relationships. The love for a man and understanding of the differences of the others has faded out somewhere. The old people are losing their dignity and feeling endangered of the time where they live. Moje diplomová práce na téma Poruchy chování a možnosti jejich ovlivňování ve výchovných institucích se zabývá problematikou poruch chování dětí a mladistvých, možnými příčinami jejich vzniku a možnostmi jejich nápravy v institucích. Práce má pět částí. V části první jsou porovnány definice poruch chování různých společenských oborů, které se poruchami chování zabývají. V této části se také zabývám etiologií poruch chování a její důležitostí v další nápravě poruch chování. Také se zabývám pro mne velmi důležitou otázkou souvislosti vývojových stádií, kterými dítě a dospívající procházejí a vznikem poruch chování. Některé projevy problémového chování jsou obvyklé pro jednotlivé vývojové fáze a jednotlivé fáze také bývají senzitivní na různé nedostatky v uspokojování důležitých vývojových potřeb. Ve druhé části jsou poruchy chování setříděny podle několika různých hledisek a také jsou v ní popsány konkrétní projevy poruchového chování. U konkrétních projevů poruchového chování se zabývám otázkou závažnosti chování z pohledu motivace k tomuto chování. Ve třetí části rozebírám charakteristické rysy osobnosti s poruchou chování a jejím sebepojetím. The understanding of meaning of life as a part of change of lifestyle

Diplomová práce popisuje logoterapii a existenciální analýzu v pojetí V. E. Frankla a jeho následovníkll A. Uingleho a E. Lukasové. Zachycuje hlavní filozofická východiska, techniky a metody práce tohoto psychoterapeutického přístupu a vymezuje jeho vztah k psychoanalýze a individuální psychologii. Usilování o smysluplnost života je v této práci uchopena jako jeden z důležitých aspektll dospívání, který je u dospívajícího problémového uživatele drog významným faktorem, jež může ovlivňovat jeho aktuální psychický stav i vztah k budoucnosti. Empirická sonda vypracovaná na základě anamnestických dat a Logo-testů na deseti dospívajících problémových uživatelích drog postihuje některé faktory ovlivňující chápání smysluplnosti života a jejich vztah k budoucí prognóze v rámci abstinence a změny životního stylu.

Social workers' motivation for employment in drop-in centres

This bachelor's is called Social workers motivation for employment in drop-in centres. The work is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of motivation as a psychological phenomenon, its characteristics and continuity. In addition, it deals with social motivation, detailing the types of social behavior, such as altruism, affiliation and the need for power. The theoretical part also characterizes drop-in centers, the principles of provision of services and methods of work with the client. Empirical part is focused on recognititon o f motivation social workers for the selection of this profession. It is a little research, which aims to map awared motivational factor of workers. Another aim was to explore whether there is contact of the analogue aspects of motivation between workers and that they are. Research was conducted at fifteen workers drop-in centres. The place of their work were frequently Prague and Moravia. Workers were considered issues relating to the selection of professional social workers, the reasons for focusing on the target group of children and youth, the circumstances of acession to employment and the possible effects of their own life experiences on the selection o f this target group and the profession at all. Cílem této práce není snaha o publikaci nových vědeckých poznatků, ale spíše odborné zkoumání specifického zaměření pedagogicko-psychologické práce s vážně nemocnými dětmi a jejich rodiči. Zamýšlím se nad prací s dětmi, které jejich nemoc ve svém důsledku může i ohrožovat na životě, a přináším pro takovou práci vhodné náměty. Oproti v dnešní době sílící tendenci vymezovat kompetence, určovat, kdo má a kdo nemá právo pedagogicko-psychologicky nebo jinak ve své podstatě terapeuticky působit, se domnívám, že pro potřeby praxe je mnohem užitečnější hovořit o otázkách konkrétních a zabývat se možnostmi odborné intervence, které slouží hlavně ku pomoci a prospěchu dětských pacientů a jejich rodičů. V práci se pokusím nastínit kompetence pedagogicko-psychologického poradce a celkové pojetí této odborné činnosti pro obecné potřeby dětského somatického oddělení, v konkrétní podobě pro potřeby Kliniky dětské hemato-onkologie (KDHO). Budu přemýšlet o jednotlivých aspektech práce poradce, o parciálních metodách a budu se také zaobírat přínosy poradenského procesu.V dílčích kapitolách budu vysvětlovat použití jednoho z možných způsobů práce, resp. modelu profesionálních způsobů práce pomáhajících profesí, jak je ve své knize definoval Úlehla, neboť se mi tento model v praxi dobře osvědčil, a domnívám se, že napomáhá...
