Práce se zabývá procesem přípravy a povolování významných liniových staveb. Autoři dochází k závěru, že všechny uvedené státy upravují, ve srovnání s běžným stavebním řízením, zvláštním způsobem přípravu a povolování velkých liniových staveb. V žádném z analyzovaných států však neexistuje komplexní úprava určená společně pro všechny druhy liniových staveb.

Návrh implementace principů krajinného plánování do všech důležitých dokumentů ČR s důrazem na koncepční propojení s procesem pozemkových úprav. Rešerše. Vytipování nejdůležitějších dokumentů k danému tématu.Studie je dělena na části dle jednotlivých oborů: Lesnictví, Voda a vodní hospodářství, Územní plánování, Pozemkové úpravy, zemědělství, Ochrana přírody a krajiny, Doprava, Regionální rozvoj, Energetika. Každá část má analyzované dokumenty rozdělené dle legislativní a nelegislativní povahy. V tabulkovém přehledu jsou pro jednotlivé analyzované dokumenty uvedeny informace o tom, jaký dopad může mít konkrétní dokumentace na navrhovanou Metodiku krajinného plánu, případně jaké dopady lze očekávat nebo jsou dokonce nutné v případě přijetí uvedené metodiky.

Analýza problematiky průmětu preventivního hodnocení krajinného rázu do nástrojů územního plánování

Výstupy týkající se krajinného rázu, získané standardizovaným metodickým postupem preventivního hodnocení, jsou srovnatelné v různých územích a týkají se stejných vlastností krajiny. Jiným postupem je možno dojít ke zcela jinému pojetí charakteru krajiny, než jaké definuje § 12 zákona č. 114/1992 Sb. Taková situace skutečně nastává tam, kde v rámci zpracování územně analytických podkladů krajů a zásad územního rozvoje není k dispozici hodnocení krajinného rázu na území kraje. Může tak vzniknout rozpor mezi materiály týkajícími se kraje a jednotlivých obcí s rozšířenou působností. Metodický postup preventivního hodnocení krajinného rázu území je nutno formulovat tak, aby na jedné straně důsledně vycházel z dikce § 12 zákona č. 114/1992 Sb. a na druhé straně aby výstupy odpovídaly pojmům zákona č. 183/2006 Sb.

Bachelor thesis deals with current creation process of territorial plan of Hradec Králové. Thesis is based on the territorial planning documents, available resources and literature. The theoretical part of thesis analyzes the development of urbanism and the current state of planning in Hradec Králové. In the task of territorial plan this work researches utilization of modern trends in territorial plan. The practical part describes selected contentious issues and approaches of the area in the possible development of the city.

The topic of spatial planning in the Czech republic

This bachelor work is focused on exploring issues of spatial planning in Czech Republic. The introductory part focus on the characteristics of the planning model applied in Czech Republic. The integral part of work is analysis of the most important tools of spatial planning, institutional and legislative structures. The next chapter identify the most fundamental changes in legislation over the previous legislation in force as amended by Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on town country planning and building code (Building Act). Results of the descriptive and analytical methods in this bachelor work are identifications of the most serious problems which the Czech planning is currently facing or may face in the future.

Spatial planning in Germany - comparison with the Czech Republic

Thesis titled Spatial planning in Germany - comparison with the Czech Republic is focused on characterizing the spatial planning system in this European country. Work in his introduction, contains the definition of basic concepts and issues in spatial planning. For a better understanding of the German system of spatial planning, there will be socio-economic analysis conducted in Germany, which will build on the very characteristics of spatial planning. Then at the appropriate levels of spatial planning will be given particular case of implementation of such planning in Germany at a practical level. The last part represents the comparison of German spatial planning with the concept of planning in the Czech Republic referring to fundamental differences and similarities.

The graduation theses Spatial planning in Denmark and its comparation with the processes in the Czech Republic describes the systems of the spatial planning in both countries. Preliminary detail a main factors influencing the spatial planning of the territory of the both lands. The main issue of the graduation theses is focusing on Denmark and its detailed characterization how the planning authorities prepare a development plans and carry out whole development strategies in Denmark. At the end compares a spatial planning of Denmark and regional policy and policy of physical planning of the Czech Republic.

Autorův příspěvek nebyl zařazen do programu konference Území jako nenahraditelný zdroj, konané v Kladně, 1993. Následující text je autorův podklad pro diskusi. Pořadatelům konference dal autor k disposici rozsáhlé písemné podklady, které pořadatelé využili pro článek v časopisu Urbanismus a územní plánování, vydávaný Terplan Praha. Autor v té době působil jako jednatel ProURBA s.r.o. a jako konsultant pro životní prostředí a urbanismus, zejm. v konceptech územně plánovacích dokumentů.
