The Diploma thesis is concerned with analyse of risks for company that may happen during international trading. The aim of this thesis is suggestion appropriate measures to eliminate the risks. The first part contains teoretical knowledge about international trading and risk management. Next part is about exaluation the actual situation of company, internal and external environment analysis included. Based on these results, there is risk analysis of import and export of goods by RIPRAN TM method. The last part of diploma thesis is suggestion measures to eliminate the risks.

This bachelor thesis describes the design and implementation of tool that is able to from / to the memory card import, export and synchronize contacts data stored in the native Android program. The tool supports for exporting and importing data Outlook and Thunderbird CSV format. The result of this thesis is application which is compatible from Android version 2.1 and higher.

Bachelor thesis deals with aspects of setting up a wholesale company which focuses on the import of two-wheeled electric vehicles from People’s Republic of China. Analysis of general environment, external environment and internal analysis were used as a source for the proposed solution. The proposal itself consists of financial evaluation and marketing core that can be further developed in marketing plan.

Adaptive CAD systems for modelling of electrical machines

This semestral project deals with creation of an animation of a claw-pole alternator with application of new possibilities in the 3D Studio MAX 9. The first part contains the overview of new functions in 3D Studio MAX 9 software. The second part describes procedure of importing claw-pole alternator`s rotor into a scene, materials application and setting of lighting. The third part is concerned with the animation of the claw-pole alternator model, with renderer modifications, rendering of the scene using another computer connected to the network and with creation of the video file from rendered frames.
