Bicycle Path Construction Project Proposal

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a design project for the construction of a bicycle path leading through the municipalities of Střelice, Troubsko and Ostopovice. The contracting authority and at the same time the project supporter are the affected municipalities. The diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledge, which is compared with reality, an analysis of user needs, a proposal for analyzes needed to create project management documentation, and an economic evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal to build and operate a tourist resort in Croatia. The theoretical part explains all the important concepts and analyses, which are subsequently used in the analytical part. The empirical part also contains an analysis of the current state of the business entity and the situation on the Croatian market. Financial plan and potential risks are defined at the end of the thesis.

Proposal and Valuation of the Investment Project

This diploma thesis analyses project of investment apartment building and aims to study feasibility of business intent. At the opening of theoretical part there are investment projects characterized and further defined single parts of feasibility study, which is extended by description of possible ways of financing. Content of practical part is already design of the investment project which includes its location and technical solution, following in further chapters are market analysis and related key outputs of marketing strategy, included is also financial analysis and assessment of economical effectiveness. At the ending of thesis the risk analysis is made and preventive measures explained.

Economic Efficiency and Finacial Feasibility of the Business Plan

The work aims to determine the economic efficiency and financial feasibility of the business plan, the construction of residential housing complex using a sensitivity analysis to determine the risk that the economic efficiency of most influence. The theoretical part of this work are the basic areas relating to the evaluation of economic efficiency, cash flow, sensitivity analysis and development project. The practical part deals with a specific project CAMPUS REZIDENČNÍ AREÁL II. Showing cash flows on the project and determining the various indicators of economic efficiency. The study also prepared a sensitivity analysis for the project scenario and determine the maximum risk that may threaten the economic efficiency of the project.

The Project Proposal for Building of Research Center

This diploma thesis deals with creating a project proposal of the research center construction according to the required specifications by SEDOX Company Ltd. The theoretical part describes the basic knowledge and tools of a project management – analytical tools for evaluating the financial and time project costs, also risk analysis relating to competitiveness and maintaining on top of the market. The third part is devoted to the current situation of the development application market. There is the complete proposal of the research centre construction, using the tools according to the IPMA (International Project Management Association) that were described in the theoretical part. In conclusion I have presented my own solution suggestions, their benefits, project sustainability, return of the investment cost and also long-term prosperity.

Design of foundations for the production hall

The subject of this work is a proposal of foundation, followed by an assessment for a production hall. Options will be discussed and compared against each other. The premises are situated in an area where great layers of gravel are found. A project of shallow foundations, or more shallow foundations founding, will be performed according to Eurocode 7. Designing of geotechnical constructions which are based on given characteristic of presented soils. As a part of this work also is to describe a performing technological procedure of designed founding and an appropriate drawing documentation.

This thesis deals with the issue of assessing the effectiveness of public investment. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. The life cycle of the building is defined in the introduction. The feasibility studies and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of public projects are subsequently described. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the public investment project. The evaluated project is the building of a kindergarten in a small village. The eCBA application was used to evaluate the efficiency. A quantitative analysis of the risks related to the project is carried out at the end of this thesis.

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je návrh podnikatelského záměru na založení a rozvoj společnosti. Konkrétněji byl navržen podnikatelský plán pro připravovanou společnost s názvem CBDlevnecz, která se specializuje na B2B a CBD (Technické konopí) model eshopu. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům, která zahrnují vysvětlení klíčových slov a témat, která jsou potřebná pro vypracování praktické části bakalářské práce. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu a vlastní návrh řešení. Metody a nástroje, které jsou pro analýzu použity, jsou například PESTLE analýza nebo Porterova analýza pěti sil.
