Assessment of personality traits in students of UK FTVS

Title: Assessment of personality traits in students of UK FTVS Objectives: The aim of this work was to assess the personality traits of the students of UK FTVS. Methods: The research group consisted of 108 students of FTVS UK (60 men, 48 women, average age 21±2years), studying various fields and specializations: Physical Education and Sport with a specialization in Outdoor Education (VP) (n=30), Physical Education and Sport with another specialization (TVS) (n =19) and Sports Management (MNG) (n=59). The participants filled out two questionnaires related to their personality traits: BFI-44 (Big Five Inventory-44) and NGSE (New General Self-efficacy scale). The results were subsequently processed and analyzed using the excel program and were compared between individual groups. Results: In the NGSE, the VP group achieved 30.29±6.17, the TVS group 30.05±7.12. MNG group 30.16±7.32. In the extraversion dimension, the VP group scored 33.36±7.42. TVS group, 36±8.56. The influence of travel on the personality of young people

This bachelor thesis deals with two thematic areas - young people's motivation to traveling, especially to long-term travels, and at the same time the role of traveling in shaping their personalities. The author analyzes, among other things, the phenomenon of youth travel, associated with young generation, where young people, after completing their education, prefer traveling combined with seasonal work over building a career, partnerships, and family relationships. In the practical part, she used the method of qualitative research. Through interviews, she aimed to capture not only the motives of individual respondents and the positive influence of the aforementioned way of life on their personalities but also any potential negative impacts. The author reflects on this issue through her own travel experience.

This work describes finding which motivational factors influence higher working performance in the company T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. I was interested in the reasons whitch result in poor working motivation and how is possible this situation make better. I realized a questionnaire interview. My conclusion is that financial motivation in this company is sufficient but desire for powerful leade isn't.

This bachelor is concerned with burnout syndrome in secondary school teachers. The aim was to characterize burnout syndrome, to interpret its causes and risks, and to think about the prevalence of this syndrome among teachers working in secondary schools. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on professional sources and thus provides information and knowledge about the issue. The empirical part describes the research investigation and the results obtained regarding the burnout rate of secondary vocational school and apprenticeship teachers. The research is based on a quantitative approach and is therefore carried out using a questionnaire survey.

Slivoňová, L. Creation of a methodology for employee selection using electrodermal activity measurement with a focus on career orientation and motivation. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. This thesis deals with the development of a new methodology for the se-lection of employees for employment and examines the actual motivation and orientation of employees; emphasis is also placed on personality traits. The rese-arch is conducted using a neuromarketing tool, electrodermal activity, which me-asures skin activity and is complemented by traditional methods. The literature review describes consumer neuroscience, neuromarketing, personality theory, and work motivation and orientation. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of personality and motivation, the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the measurement of electrodermal activity, and finally the overall linking of the results of the analyses into a whole.
