Diploma thesis "New forms of distribution and sales of food with a focus on internet trading" aims to analyze the food market to recommend real realization of the new forms of food sales with the focus on the internet usage. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge that explains the basic concepts related to the topic. In the second part, I focused on questioning and interviews. The aim was to find out if the customers buying food via Internet, whether they would welcome this form of selling and distributing food and the benefits of buying them over the Internet.
Analysis and optimalization of business model of Jadberg company

Bachelor thesis focuses on analysis and optimalization of business model of small family company Jadberg which creates and sells sports clothes. The aim of this thesis is to analyze business model of company, analyze its shortcomings and create effective plan of changes which lead to development of the company. Business model which is used in this case is specifically business model Canvas, which became very popular in recent years not only in the field of business. The theoretical part deals with problematic of business models itself its innovation in details business model Canvas is described. In the practical part I apply business model Canvas on Jadberg company analyze its marketing activities its competition and other processes of the company. Based on this findings and knowledge it is created strategic plan which can be implemented in the proximate months.
Marketing use of e-shops data

This thesis describes how internet shops can use customer data in order to create more effective marketing processes. Goal is to get overview of customer behaviour and preferences by analysing available data. Options for better marketing campaign targeting and customer segmentation are provided using results of this analysis. Theoretical part of thesis describes data sources, using these sources and metrics used for measuring marketing campaigns. Practical part consists of case study focused on analysing available data and proposals on how to use results of analysis for marketing campaign. Benefit of this thesis is simple description how to get competitive advantage by analysing available data using free tools.
Optimization of the Business Model of the Online Store Jednoručky.cz

This thesis focuses on the analysis and improvement of the business model of a small online store Jednoručky.cz, which sells fitness dumbbells. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the fundamental flaws in the store's strategy, to find the main causes of the decline in sales of this online business and propose changes that will lead to a smooth operation and return to growth of customer orders. The theoretical part describes the basic aspects that are important in the establishment and operation of an online store, followed by the introduction of some current trends in internet marketing and the opportunities that are offered to Czech entrepreneurs to obtain information from this field. The practical part of the thesis describes and evaluates internal processes and strategy of the store Jednoručky.cz and on the basis of these findings, it suggests a comprehensive plan for optimizing its business model. The plan will be realized during the year 2015.
Cashless payment methods in e-shops and retail stores in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis brings description and evaluation of cashless payment methods used in eshops and retail stores in the Czech Republic. Particular methods are described and accompanied by graphic interpretation of the method. The aim of this thesis is to create a complete overview on this field. Thesis also focuses on the identification and description of the innovative trends in payments and check out process. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on definition of bank payment, cashless payment methods available in eshops and retail stores in the Czech Republic. This part also contains its evaluation from the view of retailer and its customer. The practical part is dedicated to determination and hands-on review of current trends in the field of customer check out during the payment process. This part also includes questionnaire survey that discovers opinions on selected payment methods.
Business Intelligence solution for e-commerce platforms

This diploma thesis' main subject is to design a service that automatically analyses (e-shop) data, interprets them and consequently provides users with results of this analysis via web service. Design of this service includes concept composition its technical solution and market verification. The main purpose of this thesis is to design an online service for small and medium sized e-shops, that will (based on provided data) deliver information for e-shop performance optimization. Aspects taken into account are service functionality, its technical solution and business plan destined for its market launch. Theoretical part focuses on analysis of online analytical tools that are available for users on market. It looks at internet e-shops market and analyses users' requirements for analytical tool/service either. This part delivers a list of currently available analytical platforms and services that are convenient for e-shops to be used. Then these tools are compared amongst each other. Criteria for comparison are the usability of service, its user experience, positive and negative aspects related to these predefined criteria. Practical part of this thesis specifies functional and non-functional requirements on service, its user interface. The whole concept is verified on market by interview. Discovered requirements are consequently applied in technical solution design and business plan composition. Overall view of functionality and feasibility of the newly designed service and its verification in real environment is the preoccupation of this part as well.
Chování spotřebitelů při nákupu kancelářských židlí v internetových obchodech

The thesis deals with consumer behaviour of buying office chairs in online stores. At first it is focused on main online marketing tools of analyzed online stores. This general analysis is supplemented by data from Google Analytics, MailChimp and a heat map of one particular online store. The second major part of the thesis contains analyzed consumer behaviour by a questionnaire survey. It was executed in order to trace behaviour of respondents in online stores focusing on an office chair purchase. An integral part is a detection of communication activities influence consumers need. Based on a combination of results, the recommendations for the office chair e-shops in the Czech Republic were designed.
Payments cards and practice

This bachelor thesis deals with payment cards and their use in practice. We can find there some parts which focus on history of money and payment cards. Basic terms as debit cards, credit cards, PIN, a payment terminal, a cash dispenser, security of payment cards or payment risk are explained in this thesis. Nowadays there are many new methods in the area of payment cards, transaction will mostly be done using contactless payment technologies, that don't require a PIN. In the coming years, contactless payments will replace the standardized plastic cards. Next innovation insists in prepaid cards that are charged with money, and may be used as debit cards when paying. The research on payment cards is divided into three main parts. The goal of the research is mapping market, gaining information from internet shops about using payment cards and the users´ knowledge of the distinction between credit cards and debit cards.
Fair Trade activities and products in the Czech Republic

The aim of this study work is the analysis of Fair Trade Products and activities in the Czech Republic. The analysis focuses on projects "Fair Trade Schools" and "Fair Trade Towns". The analysis includes an overview of other activities to support Fair Trade. The product analysis is directed to online stores and changes in the segment of chain stores.
