Tato bakalářská práce popisuje a hodnotí bezhotovostní platební metody, které jsou dostupné v internetových a kamenných obchodech v České republice. Dílčí metody jsou zde popsány a doplněny o model platby. Cílem této práce je přinést ucelený přehled bezhotovostních platebních metod včetně jejich hodnocení. Po praktické stránce se tato práce zaměřuje na identifikaci a popis inovačních trendů v oblasti plateb a odbavení zákazníka. Teoretická část této práce se zaměřuje na popis platebního styku, bezhotovostních platebních metod, které jsou dostupné v internetových obchodech a kamenných prodejnách v České republice. Tato část také obsahuje hodnocení těchto metod a to jak z pohledu obchodníka, tak i jeho zákazníka. Praktická část je věnována stanovení a praktickému vyzkoušení aktuálních trendů v oblasti odbavení zákazníka během platebního procesu. Tato část také obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťuje názory na vybrané platební metody. This bachelor thesis brings description and evaluation of cashless payment methods used in eshops and retail stores in the Czech Republic. Particular methods are described and accompanied by graphic interpretation of the method. The aim of this thesis is to create a complete overview on this field. Thesis also focuses on the identification and description of the innovative trends in payments and check out process. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on definition of bank payment, cashless payment methods available in eshops and retail stores in the Czech Republic. This part also contains its evaluation from the view of retailer and its customer. The practical part is dedicated to determination and hands-on review of current trends in the field of customer check out during the payment process. This part also includes questionnaire survey that discovers opinions on selected payment methods.
