Planetary, cycloidal, worm, screw, harmonic gearboxes
Čišecký, Damián ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on planetary, cycloidal, harmonic, screw and worm gearboxes, providing an insight into the design, calculations and applications of these mechanisms in the transmission of mechanical energy. It contains clear schematic drawings, construction documents and calculations of transmission ratios, with an emphasis on current manufacturers and technical parameters.
Positioning unit for laser spectroscopy
Brada, Michal ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of positioning unit for laser spectroscopy and its realization to shape of prototype. The design of positioning unit is based on the analysis of the current state of knowledge in the field of remote laser spectroscopy systems. Precise harmonic drive and worm drive with stepper motors are used to drive. The main parts of positioning unit are designed primarily from duraluminium. The positioning unit will be used for experimental measurements at the Institute of Physical Engineering Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Brno University of Technology. 3D digital prototype and technical drawings were created in Autodesk Inventor 2010.
Design of universal cutter head with Harmonic-Drive application
Uhlíř, Jaromír ; Dosedla, Michal (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create a survey of possible design solutions to drive milling head. Evaluate them in terms of both economic and technical, then propose a universal milling head so that best met the requirements stated in the award of this work. MT, ÚVSSR, 2010, pages 96, picture 55
Signal Analysis
Vávra, Pavel ; Keprt, Jiří (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with problem of analysis signal acquiring measurement of uniformity motion harmonic drive and planetary gearboxes. In introduction part are explain some features of FFT and concept of cepstrum. Further is present overview of most often measured parameters of these gearboxes and needed formulas, which express connections among particular mechanical parts of gearboxes. The next part deals with description of SW program unit generated in LabView environment, which is output product of work and makes analysis on measured courses.
Dynamic Model of Harmonic Gearbox
Garami, Boris ; Lošák, Petr (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a dynamic model of a harmonic drive. It includes a theoretical study aimed at the analysis of the harmonic drive gearing principle and its nonlinear properties. The first part of the practical section deals with the analytical calculation of the nondeformed geometry of the Flexspline. Based on these results, several simulations in ANSYS are created to identify torsional characteristics of a harmonic drive. These simulation models are further enhanced by the analysis of clearance, backlash and inaccuracies and their impact on torsional properties. By using MATLAB /Simulink, several dynamic submodels are created representing the individual characteristics of nonlinearities in harmonic drives. Furthermore, a comprehensive dynamic model is created of the mechatronic system which is describing all nonlinearities and kinematic error of the transmission. The dynamic model is also experimentally verified based on its damping properties.
Design of robotic arm module
Machala, Lukáš ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Szabari, Mikuláš (advisor)
Robots of modular concept have each module functionally independent. They are continuously getting bigger representation on the market nowadays. This thesis contains research in the field of robotic arms and modular concepts. In the next part of the thesis, based on the calculations of structural nodes, were created modules in three sizes, which can be assembled into robotic arm.
Design of cutter head with Harmonic-Drive application
Tkadlec, Dušan ; Dosedla, Michal (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This master´s work deal with design two axis cutter head with possible variants drive of axis. The part of this work is also technical– economics valuation of single variants, calculation torque and force from motor head and design taking head in two axis. Cutter head should be applicated to boring and cutting headstock given to type with posibility of adaptive exchenges spindle.
