Vystavělová, S. Recruitment process of students in the selected employment agency. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. The bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of the recruitment process of students in the employment agency Jobinn & Hostessinn. Its goal is to find out how the target group behaves during the recruitment process and then reveal what its strengths and weaknesses are. The outcome of the bachelor's thesis is considered based on the results of a questionnaire survey and an interview with a managing director. These outcomes are also a source of appropriate recommendations for improving the recruitment process of students in the selected employment agen-cy, as well as other employers who face the same problematics.

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of use of electronic means of communication with face-to-face communication in an employment agency. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels, analyse financial costs, and propose recommendations that would lead to more effective communication in the employment agency AB. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of communication and describes the employment agency AB. In the practical part, the current situation of the communication system is analysed, using a questionnaire survey. In the concluding part, the results are evaluated and - on the basis of these data- measures are proposed to increase effectiveness of communication between the staff of the employment agency and customers.

The first part of this thesis describes JOBINN&HOSTESSINN s.r.o., compares it to the competition, and analyzes the current information system. The second part proposes improvements to remove a fundamental problem and recalculates the return on investment.

The topic of the thesis is agency employment. Due to its flexibility and the current situation on the Czech labour market struggling with a labour shortage, agency employment is a frequently used and necessary part of the Czech legal system. In the Czech legal regulation of agency employment, however, we find a number of problematic areas, as a result of which, among other things, the rights of employees temporarily assigned by employment agencies may be jeopardized and insufficiently ensured, or, on the contrary, entrepreneurs operating employment agencies may be unnecessarily burdened. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to describe the problematic aspects of the Czech legislation in the field of agency employment with an emphasis on the legal regulation of the establishment and operation of employment agencies and selected frequently violated or problematic obligations in the field of agency employment relations, in relevant cases to compare these problematic aspects with foreign legal systems and propose a possible corresponding amendments to the Czech legislation. Title of the thesis: Temporary agency employment Abstract The topic of this diploma thesis is temporary agency employment. Temporary agency employment is a type of employment intermediation realized with the cooperation of three entities - the employment agency, the user undertaking and the temporary agency worker. Based on this institute of labour law, temporary agency workers may be assigned to user undertakings to work there temporarily. Temporary agency employment is a popular way of recruiting a labour force, as it provides the possibility to respond relatively quickly and effectively to the need to increase or decrease the number of employees. This work aims to summarise the essential characteristics of temporary agency employment and to point out some problematic aspects of the Czech legislation related to temporary agency employment. The aim of this diploma thesis is to offer a complete overview of the institute of temporary agency work. Temporary agency work is an institute that brings to the user undertakings the possibility to quickly adapt to the increase or decrease in demand for their products by changing the number of employees. The first part of the diploma thesis presents a brief excursion into the history of temporary agency work with focus on the most important historic moments and includes the explanation of its impacts. This chapter emphasises Czech history of temporary agency work, but it takes a quick glance at the history of temporary agency work in other states. The institute of temporary agency work was introduced to the Czech legal system as late as 2004. This point is very important to understand the uneasy position of agency employment on our labour market. The main part of this diploma thesis concerns current legal status of temporary agency work. It analyses obligations of the Czech Republic arising from the C181 and directive 2008/104/ES. The thesis continues to the Czech legal system and it analyses the positions of a private employment agency, user undertaking and an agency employee.
