Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci plnění povinného podílu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Porovnává jednotlivé možnosti plnění a jejich vzájemnou kombinaci. Analyzuje stávající variantu plnění u vybraného zaměstnavatele a navrhuje vhodnější řešení především z ekonomického hlediska. Vyjadřuje možnost zaměstnávat osoby se zdravotním postižením. The bachelor thesis focuses on optimizing the performance of the mandatory proportion of employment of people with disabilities. It compares a few possibilities of performance and their combinations. It analyses current variant of performance of the chosen employer and suggests suitable solution of performance. It shows possibility how to employ people with disabilities.
