In attached degree project I show suggestions which are relating with extending and more effective busienss activities, changes and extending of storage area, extending of communication activities, extending of selling of its own brand products, more effective trade routes of dealers, etc. Above suggestions should lead and existing company to the higher prosperity level and its stabilization at present competitive conditions relating with existing economic crisis.

This master´s thesis contains an explanation of basic terms and principals used in an issue of information systems. Part of this master´s thesis is analyses of a current state of an information system in a selected company and evaluation of its effectiveness. A set of improvement propositions of the current state was created based on those analyses with both balance and effectiveness of an IS taken into account.

The aim of master´s thesis is the suggestion of marketing strategy for Motiv Press company. The first part of the thesis is a detailed descreption of theoretical resources which I gained during my studying Faculty of Business and Management. The second part of the master´s thesis is focused on the complex analysis of the current situation of the company. On the basis of these facts I Works out a marketing strategy which contains a couple of proposals and designs including their time frame and economic characteristics.

It includes informations of different kinds of advertising on the fairs, possibilities and exhibits how efektively turn fairs into a profits. Also which forms are effective and which aren’t. Above all this the bachelor is focused on proposition of the optimal structure of advert on the fairs.

This diploma thesis deals with the application of quality tools in the production company. The theoretical part deals with the history of quality, its current status and mainly describes some of the basic quality tools. The practical part describes the current status of quality management in the company and the system of assessment and selection of suppliers. The conclusions and results of this diploma thesis should prove that by introducing a method for selection, supplier evaluation, the company will achieve cost reduction and the establishment of a beneficial supplier-customer relationship.

With the help of SWOT analysis, passportisation and Porter's analysis of five rival companies an analysis of the entrepreneurial environment, in which the company ALBO okna - dveře, s.r.o. is situated, will be carried out. This theses also comprises the evaluation of opportunities and risks resulting from the given entrepreneurial environment.
