Price analysis of residential units in development projects

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of residential unit prices in development projects in the Pardubice, Hradec Králové, and South Moravian regions. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main factors influencing the prices of newly built apartments and to determine whether these prices correspond to the quality of the housing projects or if some of them are overpriced. The thesis also examines the impact of these prices on the quality of life of residents in the specified localities. The analysis includes a detailed examination of factors such as the property's surroundings, completion status, parking availability, civic amenities, and transport accessibility. The results of the thesis provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of the residential unit market in development projects in these regions and can serve as a basis for further research in the field of residential unit pricing and the real estate market.

Analysis of the Real Estate Market in the Selected Location

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the real estate market with apartments in the city of Brno in the given period of time in 2022 and 2023. First of all, it defines the basic concepts terms related to this issue. Subsequently, it briefly presents the environment in the form of the basic characteristics of the city of Brno and a brief introduction to the market and its development. It establishes criteria and divides them into two basic groups – main and minor. Based on these criteria, it then evaluates their influence on the unit price of the apartment for individual years. In the last part, it compares the two evaluated years in terms of the influence of the criteria and in terms of price. And last but not least, it advises future apartment buyers on what parameters to focus on when choosing an apartment.

Use of Multi-criteria Analysis for Evaluation Cableway Project Efficiency

This thesis investigates the cableway project in the city of Vsetín. The theoretical part is describing the city, it’s demographic trends and also changes in the image of the city. The practical part is dealing with the abovementioned cableway project and is divided into several parts. The introduction is focused on a multi-criteria assessment of particular options of the cableway and fallowing a multi-criteria assessment of transport services in the housing development Sychrov. The multi-criteria assessment is carried out by some of variant calculations in order to specify the importance of criteria, weighting for criterion and calculation methods. This is followed by an assessment of the efficiency of transport links by the Cost Benefit Analysis – CBA method. This method is aimed to determine the most effective way of passenger traffic and to recommend an optimal option in consideration of not only incomes but also costs and contribution to beneficiaries, which are an important part of public projects.

Analysis of a Vehicle Saleability

The object of this thesis is to focus on the major influences of vehicle saleability in Czech Republic in terms of the most important criteria, such as price, fuel consumption, colour etc. Part of the work will be arranged questionnaires. The survey indicates desirability of cars back for the last five years. This creates sales trend with a hint of future development.

This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of the Czech National Quality Award. It introduces the nature of the award and its influence on the organizations. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section examines the factual information concerning the Czech National Quality Award. It describes its history from the beginnings to these days. The second part provides the reflection on the impact of the Award on the winning organization, on its employees, and its position in the Czech and international markets.
