How do the students of the Pedagogics of Leisure experience their free time.

This bachelor thesis deals with how students of Leisure Time Pedagogy perceive and experience their own free time. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts related to the study of leisure (leisure, free time, leisure pedagogy, leisure education). The reader is also introduced to the requirements related to the profession of leisure educator. In the practical part, the reader is introduced to the research conducted among the students. The aim is to find out how students themselves perceive leisure, how the need for leisure affects their lives and how important it is for them to have some. The readers of my work could be the students of pedagogy of leisure themselves, for whom the work could serve as a form of self-reflection and awareness of the importance of their own free time.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to introduce the work of Daisy Mrázková and the use of selected works in leisure education for reading. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part introduces the author's life, her aspirations, the awards she has received, her preferred literary genre and its specifics, an overview of her literary works, an analysis of specific works by the author, the development of the selected target group of children and the selected methods for working with the text. The practical part focuses on the project Afternoon with Daisy Mrázková, which aims to develop children's reading skills and deepen their interest in books.

The bachelor's thesis aims to introduce the Buquoy family, some of its representatives and the sacral buildings with which they are connected. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the history of Buquoy family, the description of selected sacred buildings and the illumination of pedagogical terms such as education, animation or activation in connection with seniors placed in social residential facilities. The practical part represents a created activity on the topic discussed in the theoretical part, which was carried out in the selected facility.

Motivation for scout education and and its impact on the lives of adult leaders

This thesis focuses on scout education and its benefits for adult scout leaders. In the theoretical part, the theoretical basis is first mentioned, focusing on the concept of lifelong learning, the inclusion of scout education in this concept and the motivation for adult education. Next, the characteristics and the history of world and czech scouting are described, followed by the principles of scouting, age categories and the scout educational method, which introduce the way of educational work in czech scout. Subsequently, the theoretical part mentions the Junák - český skaut organization, the education that is implemented within this organization and is essential for the research part of this thesis. The main aim of the research part is to identify the impact of educational courses on the life of a scout leader and to describe how educational courses are handled in different scout teams. This aim is achieved through qualitative research, in which semi-structured interviews are conducted to explore the impact of scout courses on the scout, personal and professional life of the adult leader, the motivation to také scout educational courses and the third area of interest is how educational courses are handled within the scout team and centre. Competencies of an ideal language teacher based on the subjective opinions of teachers and language learners

This thesis deals with the current issue of strengthening and creating a competency model for private language teachers. At the present time, it is a very frequently discussed topic in the teacher community, especially given that the requirements for the profession are not specifically defined. Therefore, foreign language teachers often shape their own perception of necessary qualifications of a private language teacher. The aim of this thesis is to develop a competency model of an ideal language teacher based on the subjective opinions of the teachers themselves and language learners and to raise awareness of the requirements for the profession. The theoretical part first describes the position of language education in the context of lifelong learning, then it deals with the issue of competencies with a focus on the language teacher and last but not least it revolves around the language learner. A section is also devoted to the current state of knowledge and the results of research studies on the competencies of language teachers both in Czech and foreign context. The Topic of Coronavirus in Literature for Children and Youth and Its Use in Leisure Education for Reading

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of covid-19 in literature for children and youth and its use in literary education in the youth's free time. The work cosists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, basic information about the covid-19 disease (origin, symptoms, protection, course of the disease in the Czech Republic) is presented. It also focuses on selected literary works with the topic of covid-19 and the impact of this disease on the reading of children and young people. In the practical part can be found methodical worksheets with examples of excerpts from selected works by the author and their verification in practice on a selected target group are then processed in the practical section.

The thesis investigates the specific reasons why children at this age drop out of their leisure activities. The topic of leisure time and its content is a topical one, leisure time is an integral part of children's lives, so it is important to address the question of why they drop out of leisure activities and what can help them stay in them.

Possibilities of using leisure and experiential pedagogy in relation to the teaching of biology

This bachelor thesis deals with experiential education and leisure education and possibilities of using their aspects in schools teaching, especially in Biology and Natural history. There is a need for clarification of definitions in the introduction, which will be followed by a brief chapter on history of experiential learning and leisure education in Czech environment. The main goal of this thesis is to point out that aspects of both branches of education have already been used in some modern education methods. Selected methods are closely described, for example their possible benefits and disadvantages or their extent in education at Czech schools. In conclusion, those methods are then compared with experiential learning and leisure education for confirmation of the main hypothesis of this thesis.

The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents the author's biography, literary work and awards. Furthermore, the author's favourite literary genre and its specifics, the target group and the methods chosen for specific work with the text, which are used in the practical part, are described here. This includes the preparation and implementation of reading lessons, for which a set of methodical and worksheets is prepared, and also their verification in practice and reflection.
