This thesis describes learning and development of employees, defines the method of coaching, describes its necessary components - asking questions, goal setting, reality, options, choice of one possibility, action plan, feedback. This thesis refers to relevant informations from technical bibliography. Thesis shows differences between coaching and other methods: mentoring, therapy and counselling. This work describes several approaches in coaching, for example coaching which cames from sport environment or coaching which is inspired by psychological approaches. Thesis allso describes two approaches, compares its consistent parts and utilization in the area of companies. Last chapter speaks about using coaching as method of development and approach to leading employees in the area of companies. Key words: coaching, development of employees
Using of Coaching Method in the Kinetic Therapy - Focused on the Personal Development

This work is focused on the possibilities of linking methods of coaching and physical therapy in the field of psychological personal development. The author explains the concepts related to coaching and physical therapy and introduces to the reader the current situation in these two interconnected fields. The aim of this work is to find out if and how to use the coaching techniques in physical therapy. The rate of utilization of these techniques is verified by a qualitative survey. Communicating changes in production in the selected company

The goal of the thesis is to analyse the current condition of technical facilities in order to plan expansion of production. Next goal is to analyse the motivation of workers to accept changes. The theoretical part defines coaching, force of habit and method GROW, which is used in coaching. In the practical part there are coaching interviews with chosen employees of the chosen company. On the basis of interviews it is shown how to remove potential barriers that hinder the smooth implementation of changes, and recommendations for introduction of changes are suggested.

The goal of thesis is identify coaching and practical experience in the workplace. Base of the thesis is on coaching as a method of increasing work efficiency. Subsequent study focus on the specific workplace where is already practice coaching. Thesis is divided in two parts. The theoretical part defines the terms coaching, coach and team coaching, wich are used in practical part. Practical part is consist of data obtain on basis of survey in specific workplace and transcription of coach interview based on which evaluated the effectiveness of coaching.

It focuses on new coaching methods such as confrontation among employees. It highlights sensitive access to the staff and uses The Achieve model as a extension to already used The Grow model. In my thesis I try to change managers and team leaders access to employees, change taking of coaching itself and its benefits. In my thesis I used methods of observation, interview and results comparation. I try to find out how the coaching is used among different job ranks in the biggest branch of one of main banks in the Czech republic and subsequently I apply selected methods

This thesis analyses problems related to the creation of the working team coupled with the process of it’s members‘ cohesion. The theoretical part of the work contains an introduction and explanation of basic concepts related to given issues. In particular, we look at the issue of the manager's personality, the theory of social Gross, work teams, styles of leadership and management teams. The last chapter contains general recommendations of basic skills in the approach of managers and management teams. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the investigation file, the analysis of the facto. The aim of the project is to design such a manager process strategy, which leads to team cohesion thereby increasing work efficiency.
