This bachelor‘s thesis is dedicated to the topic of business plan proposal for the establishment and subsequent service of a specialized fitness center. The thesis is divided into three thematic sections. Theoretical knowledge related to the topic represent the first part. Followed by analytical section describing geographic location, competition and opportunities for promotion. In the final section are stated other requisites of business plan such as choosing supplier, secure funding, calculation or setting the prices. In conclusion, evaluation and the appropriateness of a business plan.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with management accounting. The thesis analyses the current financial situation and the way of controlling costs in the particular company. The practical part of it consists of the basic system of management accounting. This system should provide more effective management of company departments and allow to plan and control the costs.

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of applying new calculation system of company RR Slovakia a.s. in Zvolen. The company is engaged in manufacturing of gears and gearboxes. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of cost categories and calculations. The second part deals with analysis the current state of the calculation in the company and calculation of the costing. At the end of the thesis is proposed the new calculation system for the company.

The proposition of alternate is solution of initial project for the housing cooperatives Radlas 16, specifically reconstruction of the house. The main objective of the cooperative is to get the building to the state housing more comfortable and extend the building of the attic.

The Cost of Seasonal Facility With Application of the New Labour Code

Goal of this work is to analyze personnel management in chosen seasonal sports facilities and realize whether employees costs increased or decreased after new labour code 2012 came into force. Theoretical part is about labour code novelisation from 2012 and its changes compared to former labour code. In practical part there is a research from chosen seasonal sports facilities. I tried to get to know if these facilities follow code-given steps how to treat employees and if they do how does it reflect into costs. The output of this work should be some recommendations how to minimize costs which could appear with the new labour code.
