Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení a následný provoz specializovaného fitness centra. Celá práce je rozdělena do tří tematických částí. Teoretické poznatky související s daným tématem představují část první. Následuje část analytická popisující geografické umístění, konkurenci a možnosti propagace. V závěrečné návrhové části jsou uvedeny ostatní náležitosti podnikatelského plánu od výběru dodavatele, způsobu financování, sestavení cen až po kalkulace. Závěrem, zhodnocení a vhodnost realizace podnikatelského záměru. This bachelor‘s thesis is dedicated to the topic of business plan proposal for the establishment and subsequent service of a specialized fitness center. The thesis is divided into three thematic sections. Theoretical knowledge related to the topic represent the first part. Followed by analytical section describing geographic location, competition and opportunities for promotion. In the final section are stated other requisites of business plan such as choosing supplier, secure funding, calculation or setting the prices. In conclusion, evaluation and the appropriateness of a business plan.
