Internet system for sending news by e-mail

The thesis deals with project lay-out and realization of the internet system dedicated to sending newsletters via e-mail. It especially aims at working with contacts and putting them in groups, editation of pre-prepared texts and sending the e-mails themselves. In the theoretical part, there’s described main traits of PHP language. There’s also described methods of creating the web forms, handing over their inputs and processing of that data. Next, there’s closer look on the PHP functions, especially for text processing, programming structures and conditions. Other functions, that can be found in this thesis described, are meant for sending the e-mails, creating hashs and managing sessions. In practical part, the problems are described generally. In the next part of a practical realization, this methods are looked closer upon and described more thoroughly. Also there’s defined how does the scripts work and which functions are used to make it work.
Increasing of Effectiveness in a Team

The objective of this Master´s thesis named "Increasing the effectiveness in a team" is an assessment of teamwork and team roles in the cast. In the theoretical part are defined team roles, which are an integral part of corporate culture and business organizations. In the analytical part are evaluated using the survey from any role in the team. At the end of thesis you can find specific measures of team roles and personnel changes are proposed in the organization of the company.
School bullying in the memories of the victims: Selected aspects of school bullying

Bachelor thesis deals with the experiences of five chosen adult respondents, former victims of bullying at elementary school. Its aim is on the scientific literature sources to theoretically describe the issue of bullying among pupils in the school environment and find out what kind of experiences these respondents had. The particular attention is focused on the forms of bullying, their perceptions, resolving of individual cases, review of the victim´s bullying experience and last but not least also the consequences of this pathological phenomenon. Then a partial goal is to describe and interpret what, if any, consequences of bullying these individuals perceive.
Analysis of a team in organization and criteria of its effectivity

The master thesis is dealing with an analysis of existing working team in the Slovak company Artexe s.r.o. The aim of work is the classification of the chosen team, based on the obtained theoretical knowledge, and the revelation of its weak spots. Theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms and clusters the information necessary for the realization of analysis. In the empirical part, the monitored work team is being tested from the point of various critical situations. For the purpose of observation, the method of a questionnaire is used. Altogether, the research consists of four research questionnaires, which monitor problematic dimensions of a team, the need of teambuilding and typical roles of individuals of the team. The results of the analysis serve to reveal problematic spheres and, subsequently, for the proposal of concrete recommendations to achieve more effective functioning of the working team of Artexe company. Collected proposals of solutions come from the related literature and researches of domestic or foreign authors.
Children camps and its benefits to successful integration and life of camp-participants in society

The work deals with the relationship between children's summer camps and socialization process. In the theoretical part, the two phenomenas are described. The author uses two perspectives on socialization and then formulates her own understanding of the term. The section dedicated to children's camps summarizes its history, types of summer camps, its main characteristics and focuses on the educational potential of children's camps. The practical part contains the description and results of a qualitative survey realized between the two groups of respondents - adult participants of past camps and their parents. The research results point differences of views on both groups of respondents on the main research topic.

The theoretical part will first introduce the surveyed organization. In the next chapter,I define the concept of participation and then concentrate on the current view of participation in youth home. The following chapters are devoted to communication, working with groups and individuals and personality of educator. The research section describes the definition of research and the topics. Following the interview, as other research method. The whole thesis concludes final summary and answer to research quest.
The Impact of Teambuilding on the Social Climate in Organization

The thesis deals with the impact of teambuilding on the social climate in organization. The theoretical part describes the climate in the workplace, corporate culture, teamwork and clarifies the concept of teambuilding, including its principles and forms. The practical part consists of the presentation of the research results concerning the effects of a teambuilding course organized for the employees of Essox s.r.o. Based on the theoretical analysis, the diploma thesis states that teambuilding affects the social climate in the organization, and it is one of the means how to improve its social climate. The research revealed that the Essox teambuilding had a positive impact on the social climate in the area of interpersonal relationships, but did not impact on building teams and teamwork.

This Bachelor Thesis applies to the themed use of the selected social network Facebook within the classroom. The central part of the work is research on the use of closed networks of community groupsin teaching SSVOŠ in České Budejovice. The research discusses how to use Facebook to provide support for e-learning in the taught subject and how students perceive the reality. This thesis, among other things applies with other similar research and applications which have already been examined elsewhere in the world. It publishes the comprehensive overview of how to use Facebook for educational purposes.
Valuation of AAA Auto Group N. V.

The objective of diploma thesis is about to define a value of a international group AAA Auto Group N. V. which operates on the czech, slovak and russian market with used cars and analysis of an ability to increase shareholder's value in the future. It is structured as an expert opinion. It defines purpose, subject and exact date of valuation, valuation method's overview, strategic (macro and micro) and financial group analysis on the main markets. Consolidated financial plan was created as a prediction with a quick financial analysis. Group was evaluated by three discounted-based method - free cash flow to firm, free cash flow to equity, discounted economic value added as they were compared to market capitalization method. Final group value AAA Auto Group N. V. to 7th of December 2012 was defined by free cash flow to equity method and compared to market capitalization method, which is determined by the market.

Thesis deals with the accounting and tax environment for business in the Netherlands and seeks to highlight the differences in legislation in comparison with the European trend. The work describe regulation of business and the related accounting and tax legislation. It focuses on group and tries to provide the answer to the question why the Netherlands is regarded as tax haven. There is obvious growing pressure of the European Union, the Netherlands implements IFRS principles to national accounting standards known as DAS. Although some issues still keep the original national treatment. Fiscal adjustments have a distinctive character, the country is an attractive destination in terms of taxation of dividends, interest, royalties and other capital gains.
